@CommissarCain34 Anything carried out by the guard is going to be a suicidal mission. How many missions with the guard do you know off with less than 100 deaths?
@sargentnoob um quite a few actually there was just 1 squad sent to kill an ork Warboss and they succeeded only 2 survived tho than there was also the mission to wipe out a Genestealer nest 1 squad went in 3 came out than theres the mission to go save a important figure 1 squad of guardsmen went in i think about 4 or 5 came back its been awile since i read that one well any way not all guard missions include at least 100 deaths and i wouldent call em suicide missions unless Imperial Command thi
@CommissarCain34 Actually, Kage is the only survivor of the actual, original Last Chancers. The characters you listed there only appeared in the second book.
@FallAng123 I know it may seem that way ive read the Last Chancers omnibus aswell but trust me when I say those are not the last Chancers from the 2nd book these are the last chancers that showed up in a codex when they first came out and those were the guys in the first and only box set look it up on Lexicanum
I have a lot of Guard Books and Space Marine Books... Gaunt's Ghosts: The Founding, The Saint; Ultramarins Omnibus 1, Space Wolves Omnibus 1, Ciaphas Cain Omnibus 1, Storm of Iron, Ravenor Returned, and several Codexes and substories. I have still yet to read Col. Schaeffers Last Chancers. Guard Commander all the way...
