  • We usually add the olive oil first and jam later.

  • Well, bread with tomato is not a typical Spanish recipe (not all regions in Spain eat that). It's a typical recipe from Catalonia and Balearic Islands (from Catalan culture). First, take a slice of bread, then cut a tomato in half and rub the cut size vigorously over the slice. Then, drizzle with olive oil and spill a bit of salt. Put slices of cold meat or spicy pork sausage, ham, cheese, or anything you want. You can make a sandwich or use a baguette, too.

  • Sorry, man, but the olive oil DO NOT come over the ham, as you made! Olive oil gets up after tomatoes gets over the breath... ;) Its a small detail, but with BIG effects ;)

  • Plenty of these at our channel and site IbericDelice ... glossary, recipes, french and english videos, etc. I say pan con tomate. Prosciuto is italian guys... Nice thing is: Tosta de Jamón Ibérico, Madrid saying for a bread with tomatoe with garlic and Iberian ham slices... We all love catalunia and all of Spain. Any of you have a Calçots video somewhere?
