Loved enslaved. The story was amazing, the graphics amazing, the score amazing. This games shows that the most important factor for any game is a good story with great voice and animation acting.

I played the Demo, and sorry guys with the positive replies this game is not even close to special. It is for the mainstream, not challenging, average animation/controls and not innovative. I felt this when I made the first step, the game does not match with heavenly sword, not even close. i.e. it's just another platform game which does 70% of the work for you.
Only main positive remark about this game might be its story and its scenario.
@Wootproductions it seems like your just grading it on how challenging the demo was, maybe you should actually play the finished product, also a game is not always about how challenging it is theres the story which is really good, and gameplay.

@keaa121 enslaved hands down xD I havent played K3 yet, but i thought K2 was ok but nothing special.... however Enslaved IS something special. In term of story alone it is the best i have ever come across (besides Bioshock) and the gameplay is FUN, unlike Killzone witch is really just another FPS. Also Enslaved will be really cheap now, I got it last week for £10 at gamestation :]

This game IS awesome! It's like an easier version of the God of War series, story is decent, gameplay is totally sweet, but it was too short I think....worth getting? Yes.
I really wish the platforming wasn't scripted, it would have been awesome if it had Assassins Creed styled platforming. The story is really the only thing holding this game together in my opinion.
Great game, great visuals, and the character relations are amazing. Ninja Theory has created another game that is like a movie! The story is fun, and yes its similar to other games, but think about it, every game is like other games in a sense. This company did a great job with Heavenly Sword, and now we have Enslaved. The climbing mechanic is basically the same as uncharted and some of the combos are very heavenly sword-esque. it's not about plot or narrative or anything to do with treasure hunting, it's about the mechanics and engine of the game. facepalm for you.

I bought me two games today. One was Enslaved and the other one was "mini ninjas" (bought the last one just for fun, was kinda cheap) ... I'm in enslaved at chapter 3 and I gotta say ... I have more fun playing mini ninjas. Don't like the game at all. Don't know man ... everybody says its so awesome ... guess mini ninjas is just too great^^ Just kidding. I mean the story of enslaved is great and stuff but the gameplay just sucks. Aside from the cutscenes, it's totally boring.

Im on chapter 3 and this game is pretty fucking awesome. Not quite at the Uncharted 2 level but its definitely better then Uncharted 1 and Uncharted 1 was awesome.

@D00M696 who told you that? find him, and kick him in the nuts. hard. this game was one of the finest diamonds of 10' and people just go meh....and play cod. my intwntion was to buy black ops, when i saw this game on the shelves for 49.99. i saw trailers of it, and found it ratjer epic, and choose this over cod. best fucking choice ever made...

If the climbing aspect of this game was more varied like 2008's Prince of Persia (more use of buttons) it would have been a masterpiece. Still my 3rd favorite game of all time. :) Great visuals, gameplay, acting, and story. 2nds please?

I bought me two games today. One was Enslaved and the other one was "mini ninjas" (bought the last one just for fun, was kinda cheap) ... I'm in enslaved at chapter 3 and I gotta say ... I have more fun playing mini ninjas. Don't like the game at all. Don't know man ... everybody says its so awesome ... guess mini ninjas is just too great^^ Just kidding. I mean the story of enslaved is great and stuff but the gameplay just sucks. Aside from the cutscenes, it's totally boring.

Im on chapter 3 and this game is pretty fucking awesome. Not quite at the Uncharted 2 level but its definitely better then Uncharted 1 and Uncharted 1 was awesome.
