  • Thanks great video, well done, went with my family a few years ago, great day out.best wishes.

  • Ahh. Freshwater's a fantastic loco. Had the pleasure of being behind her many times as a kid on this line.

  • My Father worked on the I.O.W Railway in the 1930's, based at Rhyde St. Johns, he lived at Wooton for a while then moved to Haven Street. He often got a ride to and from work on the footplate of Freshwater and the other engines that worked this line as well as travelling all over the system in the course of his work. He had many interesting and entertaining tales of his time on the railway.A very nice video, were he still alive he would have loved to have seen this. Well done.

  • Great video, nicely done and interesting to watch. Good shots of the switches and branch lines. Been on the Watercress Line but not this one on the I.O.W.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Thanks for the comments. A Lot of editing had to be done to cut out chatter and so forth (let the video speak for itself) :)
