Felix's nephews appeared a number of times in the original cartoons. Too bad they don't appear in the late 1950s Felix the Cat series.

This is just a hunch, but I strongly suspect Camp Felix was ripping on Disney in this. The mouse/bear and the rabbit are probably Disney's Oswald Rabbit and Mickey Mouse. The mouse/bear acts like a buffoon and both them of steal from Felix......

I remember a cartoon of Felix where he asks a question. Being a cartoon, a question mark (?) appears above his head, which he then grabs and uses to hook something. Get it ??? !!!
