Yes, and I wondered from where FYR Macedonia stole the opening act for their 2004 entry! :) Can't say I'm sure about the song, btw; it's not a bad one - and, in a rather poor year, it could certainly have done better - but it has this characteristic weirdness that many of the Turkish entries had in those days (see 1989 for GOOD Turkish weirdness, 1983 for VERY BAD Turkish weirdness; not sure where this one falls).

I'd say it's the high G solo by one of the backing singers; a really pointless add-on that only gets in the way of the rest. I think the chorus is especially powerful. As far as early Turkish entries go, this wasn't one of the weirdest, but it still would have deserved to do a lot better.

I absolutely love this song! Perhaps my favorite Turkish entry, even better than the one about refining. Though the costumes are probably the worst ever....
