yes, definitely. the torchwood theme appears in doctor who when jack or the torchwood team's around. it makes sense--it's THEIR theme, so they put in the nifty, suggestive music.

Martha had a different theme when she appeared in Torchwood.

A variation on this same theme, obviously, using more electrical sounds than orchestrated music. It was subtle. I liked it.
