The jar of Sweet Relish that I own contains: high fructose, xanthan gum, "natural flavours", guar gum, yellow 5- also known as tartrazine "immunologic responses have been attributed to tartrazine ingestion, including anxiety, migraines, clinical depression, blurred vision, itching, general weakness, heatwaves, feeling of suffocation, purple skin patches, and sleep disturbance" , and sodium benzoate. I'd opt for my the homemade.

they used to take left over meat and grind it up and stuff it in intestines. now they take grinded up different meats and stuff it into artificial coverings. its a combination of different meats, pork, beef, turkey, chicken, etc. if you think about it, its kinda nasty because your eating a chicken intestine, a pig leg muscle, a grinded up cow scrotum, a turkey leg, all mushed into one hot dog.... still they're nice.
