I just found your channel today, but I personally would LOVE to see more hair tutorials from you. I think you should just go for whatever you feel like doing at the time, and I'm sure your subscribers will pick up. :D No reason you just have to stick to one thing.
A little bit of everything, actually. I like diverse channels, rather than ones that are strictly makeup, etc.
A good tip (I think) for getting some viewers is to do video responses on channels that have lots of subscribers (?) I'm not saying just arbitrarily doing videos for the hell of it, but if you have an opinion or response, instead of commenting, do a video and I think others will come to your channel (even if it's out of curiosity). I know I've subscribed to people that way.
