Hi Michael it's cousin Tony, I admire your dedication and persistence with the wing chun art. That persistence, patience and genius has got u where you are today. The ability to shut out all of life problems and persist to reach your goal is what I really admire. That is the hardest thing of all. When my head is clear I would like to join you again.
We are from different lineages but I after 40 years in WC I can recognize a good Wing Chun Sifu. You are definitively one of the good Sifus. I'll be showing your clips to my students.
Great Wing Chun! I see the incorporation of the fillipino ghunts, and you still stay with the bridge and checking the hand.Tendon power and control. At this level you must be a sigong and not sifu..".many,many,many movements" I luv that line!Thanxs
Wing Chun is interesting. It seems to be excellent for messy close combat in a way few other arts are. Keep this stuff up guys, the lessons are excellent at showing the practicality and efficiency of these movements.
@ysiddiqui thanks il send him a mail , il make sure to visit you guys during the summer i am looking forward to it keep up the good work god bless you
man this is good wing chun , i live in belgium but i am taking the eurostar trein to come train with you guys , fortunate for me that nowadays traveling to london from belgium is not only fast but affordable also , my question if you guys train in the summer season and if here are hostels or affordable hotels near lewisham cause i am planning on stayng on london for a while
Hello i live in Montreal, province of Quebec in Canada. I'm discovering Wing chun and obviously have many questions. This seems more a structure for close encounter, Would it be better to practice Jeet Kun Do since this is intended to be an improvement of Wing Chun, How do i recognise a good instructor (Sifu, Master..), I definitely would like to integrate grappling or submission technique with it. I'm looking for a good school, What i should pay attention to in a good instructor?

Does wing chun have contingencies against Gracie Jiu Jitsu floor moves? So many people are learning BJJ that it seems likely to face people trying to get you on the floor. I want to learn Wing Chun, but am wondering if I would have to cross train, or does Wing Chun have anti wrestler techniques?
Wing Chun doesn't necessarily have "anti" grapling/wrestling techniques. It does have grapling techniques in it that would help you prepare, it just depends on your preference and who you train with. You can learn ground fighting, arm locks, and leg locks all day if you wanted to. You don't need to cross train.
Hi Deanmercury. This master is one of the best. Highly skilled and very humble if I may say so. I met him once and he was very kind to me. All the best to Ysiddiqui. Blessings to you for promoting your sifu so well. Jef from London.
The video, and the whole series, is very technical, good tempo and control, fluidity, and very explicable, easy to imitate and understand, truly superb work which deserves to be honroed as it helps expand martial arts more to the public.
@graychuan "its a great move it response to either testing / exploiting a weakness in his opponents structure or a great defence on being invited in. Either way, and I expect it is the former, I dont believe this is a bracing step (either forwards or backwards) but rather the more simple advancing step.
hello ysiddiqui, i'm from east yorkshire and for many years now, i've been trying to find a wing chun school to no avale. After seeing this, your sifu is an amazing teacher, wat advice would he give for me regarding self training and tech's i.e. wooden dummy?? as i'm alone in my quest to learn this amazing art. Thanks again
nice to see you on these videos. Hope we'll meet up in London when I go there (it's been a long time since I last went) All the best.

At about 1:05 sec in he attacks the structure of his partner with the bong-sao off of a bracing step. This is very good, indeed.
