One of my favorite things about Liszt is that in many of his pieces he transforms the sound of the piano into that of a harp. You do a phenomenal job of capturing that spirit. Bravo.

Velentina Lisitsa is fabulous, but I agree.. overall I prefer the more energetic argerich recording...yet she is my favourite pianist .

I've only got one complaint: there aren't enough hi-res, formal recordings of Valentina's performances. I have ALL her DVDs from Amazon, but I'd like to see many times more ! I'd book mine if I just knew they were to become available ... talk about "Desert Island Discs" - one pianist that is an automatic must have :)
