Thanks so much! That's such a lovely compliment. We got very busy for awhile there, doing a lot of traveling (without video camera in hand, unfortunately), but we're slowly getting back into the spirit. We did not use ANY spray starch on the napkins. Starch can singe with an iron and yellow the napkin. Irwin first starts out with cotton or linen napkins or a blend of the two fibers, then he irons the napkins while they're still damp (again, no starch).
No offense, you might be good at folding napkins but you table setting is not perfect!!
i noticed at 3.19 the dessert spoon on the second cover from the left inside is at the wrong side.
The spoon handle should be coming down the right inside NOT the left. Attention to detail!!!
