I'm a French Canadian who also speaks English. This character is obviously supposed to be a French Canadian, but his accent is totally off for that matter and he just sounds like your regular stereotypical French speaking English accent. (France and Quebec is a bit like British vs American accent to help English speakers understand.) Just pointing that out for informative purpose, I'm obviously not mad at a cartoon made for an English speaking audience for making that mistake, that'd be silly.
