  • Jordan choked hard.. missed two straight free throws, got stripped and then threw the ball away on the final possession. One of the worst choke jobs ever.

  • "Error" Jordan? lol.

  • People, can we discuss how this was a great play? Sure, the description is a little bit 'meh', but taking shots at the gay community while debating about Lebron James? That has nothing to do with this.

  • LMAO!!!! just looked through MerkinMuffl videos and it's pretty much all on Larry Bird. You sure love sucking his cock.

  • haha the poster of this video is a bonafide straightup MJ hater.

  • yeah then he came back and won 4 more rings 1st year back since retirement but then again oh well fuck the bulls GO LAKERS!!!

  • That Is Not Jordan(23) Its Jordan(45)..! That Playoff loss was the reason he change back his number to 23..!

  • actually jordan did know he was in danger but if it was lebron he would not see it ! haha

  • the owner of this video is a bonafide MJ hater... he's video's are all concentrated on his mistakes... pathetic!

  • i never knew that when someone steals the ball from another player "from behind" means he choked! wow... people can either be such a hater o just simply... STUPID!

  • @FreshPrinceof973 wow when michael jordan messes up people are like big deal. at least lebron can keep the ball. When Lebron chokes, "wow, look at LeChoke. Or You cant finish games. Whats the difference between Lebron and Jordan. They both choked in the playoffs but Lebron gets so much critisicm

  • @OsanaiE The difference is heart. I'm not a LeBron hater but when you advertise that you're going to win a ring and then intentionally not give your best effort in a championship series then that's what happens. MJ always left everything out there, so when he screws up, at least he tried his best. Not so for LeBron. Plus the fact that he promised a lot of championships when he hasn't proven anything yet. Also, MJ already has a great legacy compared to LeBron who is yet to do something careerwise

  • @polgasrg i agree also but the he also recieved critisicm before the advertisment. I believe Lebron has heart because for the first seven years, he was able to lead his mediocre cavs to the finals twice. You need alot of heeart to do tht cuz even Kobe Bryant gave up. He requested a trade cuz he didnt feel they could contend. Lebron was loyal throughout and never requested a trade. He did the right thing by putting himself in a position to win by goin to heat. whts wrong w/ tht?

  • @OsanaiE Jordan never won a championship for his first 7 years too. Difference is he never transferred. LeBron was used to getting everything he wanted and treated the Cavs as his team. He demanded a lot of stuff and always got it. He could miss curfews, get a private jet for his personal friends and just got a lot of perks being the only superstar. Also, I'm a MJ, LeBron and Kobe fan. LeBron was awesome in Cleveland. He didn't get hated that much too. He only got the hate when he transferred.

  • @polgasrg Jordan never transfered cuz the bulls front office wasa smart enough to surround him with pippen and rodman. in the cavs they only got him mo williams and antwan jamison. Lebron never comlained tho, he just tried his best with what he got. lol me im a wade fan and also a big fan of kareem abdul jabbar. i feel that he is goat but no disrespect to Mj.

  • @OsanaiE He got Rodman in his 2nd 3peat so he doesn't count. I was perfectly fine with LeBron looking for another team since he got nowhere in Cleveland and they did a terrible job of getting help. It wasn't LeBron transferring. It was the way he transferred. He didn't inform his team and his loyal fanbase. He had to have his own show just to say "the decision". Other players made their decisions known through twitter or the news. Not through a "glorify me" media coverage. That's why he's hated.

  • @polgasrg ok but mj still had pippen who was the best defender at the time and contribuetd on the offensive end. Lebron didnt have a pippen but was still able to lead his team to the finals. I agree that the decision wasnt right but it was Jim Grays idea. lebron tried to make the idea of the decision positive by donation money to the clubs around the world.but im sure w/out the decision it would be the same hatred since he teamed up w/ wade. but no1 did it alone

  • @OsanaiE It wouldn't be the same hate. If he just announced it nicely that he was going to a different team then a lot of people would understand, since Cleveland's front office did a horrible horrible job. It was just his pride and attention hunger that made people hate him. If he was a lot more humble, he wouldn't be hated as much.

  • @polgasrg I dnt know cuz Cleveland fans didnt care about the decision. Even if he went to new york they would hate just as much. I think ppl are just using the decision as an excuse to hate him more. i mean they freaking burned his jersey. tht wasnt because of the decision, it was because of him going to another team.sssssaa

  • @OsanaiE No. That's because LeBron played his fans like idiots. He made a promise to always stay in Cleveland then went on national tv and announced that he would be "taking his talents to southbeach". It wasn't just the Cavs fans who were infuriated by his hubris. The entire fanbase of other teams hated him because of it. It was his pride and arrogance that caused people to hate him, not his understandable decision to transfer. To be honest, I for one was hoping he would transfer.

  • @polgasrg Thats true. The cavs front office didnt take advantage having Lebron. They had seven years and they could only come up with mo williams? One person could only do so much. He led them to the finals, thats when the team should step up. I dnt think Michael Jordan didnt even do that. He needed Pippen. Im not sure tho. So if Lebron moved to Miam without the decision, you would be fine with it?

  • @OsanaiE Fine with it? Heck I wanted him to transfer. I thought he was going to the Bulls though. I was still cheering for Miami during this year's Finals. He did play poorly though. Didn't expect that after his great play against the Bulls series where he could shut down Rose anytime he wanted to. I just want the old LBJ back. The guy who would play his heart out till the clock stops. The LBJ who could carry an entire team on his back. He does have the talent. He just needs the right attitude.

  • @polgasrg . I think Pat Riley sshould come down to head coach. Spoelstra is good but he is still young. a young coach coaching three superstars with huge egos will be difficult. Pat Riley coached Magic Johnson and Kareem he has expeience. I think it would really help Lebron out. I actually didnt want James or bosh to com. im a wade fan and want him to be the #1 option. I wanted wade and amare to pair up. with miller haslem house jones. that would be a good team rite there

  • He Choked big time haahha

  • @FreshPrinceof973 hey he missed almost 2 years of nba basketball he the greatest ever but at that time he did have the complete feel of the game of course he could still score he's mj but that aside he was not in bball shape mentally came back strong with another 3peat

  • Orlando then went on to win the series. The following season chicago butt fucked this same orlando team and swept them in the eastern conference finals.. looks like mj got the last laugh.

  • MJ fans need to calm down, he's just trying to draw a reaction. If Jordan doesn't come back this season there was a good chance the Bulls wouldn't have even made the playoffs.

  • ok so his comeback season, which he didnt even play the whole season for that year, he messes up in the playoff's and all the haters jump at the chance to hate on MJ, what does he do, LEAD his team to another 3 peat after that. soo the kobe and lebron fans can either relish on this steal for the rest of their sour lives, or accept that he is the greatest and move on .

  • Why the hostility...? Videos Awesome... Just shows that even the best of the best do make mistakes... Its the only thing that proves his human... Coz lets face it no human can do what he used to on that court :)

  • this just shows how great he is that u have to search all over youtube for such a vid

  • Oh wow. I wonder what happened between these same two teams when Mike wasn't rusty the following year? hmmmm

  • @gip1279 man quit makin excuses he failed we know what he did to him but quit dickridin him

  • @thug8200 Thug8200 huh? Just by your name I can tell that you are a very ignorant individual. Everybody who's not a Mike hater knows that he wasn't in the best basketball shape when he played this game. He showed that the following three years after when he won 3 championships. Look at you trying to find Jordan mistakes. So funny.

  • @gip1279 i know that but if mike didnt make no excuses why is every 1 else

  • They won 72 games next season and SWEPT Shaq, Penny, and the Magic. Won 69 games the following year. And captured a second 3peat, winning 6 titles in 8 years. Boohoohoo. Who cares???

  • well to be fare this is when he just came back out of his reitrement

  • so what he isnt perfect.....but he was the closest to that....

  • MJ was and still is the greatest basketball player ever played in NBA.

  • @FreshPrinceof973 and 5th and 6th!

  • Twenty eight Jordan Jockers and counting thought MJ was going to hit the game winner.

  • People like to forget this happened or make excuses for MJ. What people don't realize is it was this failure that made him stronger and propelled them to win another 3 peat. MJ wasn't rusty. The team just wasn't ready to win a championship in 1995.

  • I remember this as a bulls fan, and was crushed..lol but the revenge they got the next season was very sweet

  • the word choke is exclusively for lebron james lol

  • he sucks - 6 rings = david sterm gets more money as the people stay broke. hahaha the rich gets richer and the poor stays poorer. sports is fake.

  • @dolamich

That might have been the most retarded comment in you tube history.

  • @Kingjd87 he bleeds just like everyone else - you can put him up there - this video will bring him right back down where he belongs - oh and there are other videos that show him being not so great while your ass kissing his fakeass world - no one told your silly ass to write a reply comment to me but your dumbass did it anyway - just like no one told you to go buy the jersey, the shoes and go pretend that you were mj on the court. a make up call = fake sports

  • @Kingjd87 nobody in the real world dont give a fuck about him or his fakeass 6 rings. videos = evidence: hating spells no evidence - you dont have shit in your corner but one sillyass word.nigga is this the best you can do. sports is fake - let that shit go. in the words of shaq - the refs take over the fucken game -

  • When people talk about this they don't mention how he came back from a 1 1/2 year retirement and swept that same team the next year.

  • when lebron chokes he sucks when jordan chokes everyone makes excuses. im not a lebron fan i just find this funny

  • @knucklez92 pfff how dare you to compare michael with lechoke.

  • @pachor2 how dare you sound ignorant

  • @knucklez92

Jordan "chocking" in the post season after not playing like 75% of it (in 1995, this video) is a damn good excuse. What's LeBron's excuse for chocking in the finals this year guarded by 6'2 Jason Terry who's not even known for fucking defense? Look at the whole story, what happened the next 3 years, o yea another three peat with Jordan back in form!

  • @Kingjd87 this video is no excuse

  • @GamerAntman

This is the weakest example of chocking I've ever seen. MJ haters reach so hard! On Jordan's countless memorable / legendary game winners, this is the best thing you can do to try an make him more human huh? More Kobe like? LMAO

  • @Kingjd87 who the fuck cares, MJ chokes just like everybody else. He's not perfect, so that makes him human.

  • i dont like michael jordan but he did not choke here jordan didnt see anderson coming

  • He came from retirement after 1 1/2 year...and he wasn't in good shape.

Not to mention he lost his best friend...his Father not long ago!

Mentally he wasn't ready to take the challenge. Making those mistakes against Orlando Magic that year gave him 'food' and challenged him to become the Greatesr winner of all times!

  • People act like jordan Shoots 100%

Like he makes every single game winner

Like He Never messes Up well he does Hes not god Even at times he sucks balls

You Guys Give Him Too Much Credit I mean yeah hes the best to ever play the game but You Guys gotta get off his nuts You dnt even know him

  • ...later destroyed by the Rockets, the following year gutted by the Bulls, eventually dismantled and will forever go down in the history books for having the first homosexual player in professional basketball.

  • @AvEryBadApPLe Right. Because homosexuals didn't exist until 1994.

  • LOL@Bubu. The Magic won a reg season game vs. Jordan/Pippen/Rodman without Shaq? Does that mean they were better off without Shaq vs. Chi? My Raptors beat the 72-10 Bulls....Wait how is that possible? Your logic is laughable. Over the course of an 82 game sked every now and then a team with a great record will lose to a inferior team who overachieves that they should've beaten.

W/O Rodman they'd have had the same problem as 95 playoffs..no interior D. With him, MJ had a easier time.

  • You're laughing at me for using 1 game to prove a point when you've done the same? Christ, how retarded are you?

Every other game during the regular season (aside from the 32 point blowout) was EXTREMELY close, dumbass. We're talking 2-bucket games.

Aside from that, it took a couple of big chokes in Games 1 and 6 by the Bulls for the Magic to win the '95 series.

You make ludicrous comparisons and your theories are something that I would expect from an avid ESPN watcher.

  • Oh be quiet with your excuses....bubufubu . The Bulls blew playoff games even before MJ retired. Just watch Game 2 of the 92 Finals and save me this "not in shape" cop-out. Chokes happened to the best of players. Just watch Magic in the 84 Finals or Isiah vs. the Celts. I guess MJ was so INVINCIBLE such a thing should never happen to him.

In the 96 Finals he got his tail shut down by GP playing on a injured calf muscle. And he was supposed to be back to his best.LOL. Thank Rodman.

  • Mere "coincidences", according to you:

Jordan turning over the ball twice at the end of a playoff game (Game 1)

Jordan committing 8 turnovers in Game 1

Jordan committing 24 turnovers in '95 playoffs against Orlando (versus only 11 in '96)

Jordan's field goal and free-throw % goes down in '95 season, then back up in '96

Bulls blowing a 9 point lead, at home, with 3 minutes to go in an elimination Game 6

Bulls (without MJ or Rodman) beat Magic (with Grant) by 32) in their first match-up in '95

  • The other 3 games (all without Rodman, 2 without Jordan) versus Orlando (with Grant) in '95 regular season are all extremely close

Bulls beat Magic (with Grant) by 38 points in Game 1 in '96

Jordan's 2003 numbers (field goal, free-throw, 3pt %) all go up while his turnovers per game go down in comparison to his 2002 season

Should we credit Rodman for Jordan's improvement in 2003 as well?

Oh wait, Rodman has no control, whatsoever, over how Jordan shoots and handles the ball.

  • and then shitted on orlando the next year causing Shaq to jump ship and head to the west [LA]

  • @FreshPrinceof973 he was rusty, he was very inconsistent in the few games he played in that comeback year. I remember the chicago tribune doing an article about how one develops different muscles in the forearm when playing baseball during basketball, and that was affecting his shot. they wouldn't run a story like that if he was the same ol' MJ

  • @FreshPrinceof973 Just cause Jordan scored 55 and 48 doesn't mean he was close to his best during that season in aggregate. Look at all the other players who have scored 50 in idle games. That doesn't mean they were as good as Michael Jordan was at his best.

  • THEN ORLANDO WENT ON TO WIN THE NBA CHAMPIONSHIP!!! lol o wait.....

  • even though his hand was clearly slapped from behind, he still dove for the ball like a warrior

  • that wasnt shit

    mikes still the best

  • Even though he choked, he still looks mad Fresh with them concords!

  • When will Dennis Rodman get into the HOF?

  • fuck u jordan hatters

  • @xxYuNggUnnaxx fuck you!

  • Dang those XI's are too fresh for words. HI Haters!!!

  • lol the description makes it sound like pippen and rodman were the reason the bulls won. lol how stupid.

  • It was ok it just motivated him to kill the nba for 3 more rings. By the way how did orlando do that year? Tell dat!!!

  • hey merkin since you like to belitte legends of basketball lets see the one where larry bird fails to hit a 3 in the last second of the 87 finals.

  • nobody gives a fuck what u post here. u're not a NBA analyst, u're not a NBA coach, u're definitely not a NBA player. if a player's career is described as a 1 down moment, there's no good player in the NBA. the 80s were centered around Lakers and Celtics, yet u're saying it's the toughest era. Larry bird and magic is in my top 5 players of all time, u're just a hater whom i guest had your favourite team got beaten by MJ.State your opinion to the NBA, u'll just get laugh.

  • Well MJ had only played a couple of months, still he won 3 rings in the years after that, he was just too good for the game. He walked up to Phil Jacskon after their first threepeat and said: "Phil, I'm gonna retire." PJ was like, I need to give him a reason to keep playing. But PJ knew he couldn't offer Jordan another challenge, same thing after the second three-peat. MJ was just too good for the game.

    GOAT

  • He admitted that he was a little rusty. In actuality, it could and should have been called a foul. If you watch the slow-motion replay at 1:16, you see that N.A's foot hit the back of Michael's foot. That caused him to lose his footing and allowed N.A to tip the ball. It's one of those asterik moments. However, it turned out well because it rejuvenated his competitive spirit and made him work his tail off that summer......They went 72-10 and won 3 championships over those next 3 years.

  • Stop your lame excuses. If they didn't get Rodman leading the NBA in rebs and providing interior D' and had the Magic stayed healthy in 96 playoffs, they would've stomped Chicago's ass a second year in a row, regardless of MJ running his ass on a treadmill in the offseason.

  • name me one player fromt he magic that wasn't healthy during the 96 playoffs....the Bulls beat them fair & squar...was it a guaranteed that they would win with rodman?...no, it helped but it wasn't a guaranteed

  • Horace Grant......look it up.

  • where at?..from what i remember grant played in all 4 games...of course all i remember from that seires is game 1 bulls winning 121-83 gm 2 bulls coming back from 18 at halftime & the bulls sweeping them..but im sure all player on both teams played..im not trying 2 argue w/ u but show me proof that grant was injure in that series show me a link.

  • Grant was injured in Game 1 of the series and did not play the rest of it. Koncak started Games 2 - 4.

  • Whoah, crap, great research FuSheng! I didn't know this.

  • @FuShengAlex

Grant played in every game of that series.

  • UR2H .....uhhh no.

  • @FuShengAlex

Uhhhh...yes. This is the 95 playoffs. Grant played every game of this series.

Grant got injured in game 1 of the 96 Eastern Conference Finals. Also Jon Koncak was only on the Magic for one season and that was in 95-96.

  • UR2H ....I was referring to the 1996 playoffs. You have misquoted me.

  • This game was in 1995. He justr came out of retirement. He didn't play a whole season.HE NEVER CHOKED IN THE FINALS LIKE SOME PLAYERS DID.

  • i hate these assholes uploading jordan hate videos... get ur head out of kobe's ass

jordan is goat and always will be

  • lol Merk what are you trying to prove? That pippen is a better team player than jordan? I hope so but every player has a role on a basketball team dumb ass, jordans role was to score and to score you had to take shots idiot

  • yeah yeah u tell him

  • Unfair to compare a Celtics team in their prime to a Bulls team well before their prime. Put Bird in Chicago and put Jordan in Boston with Parish, McHale, Johnson, Ainge, and Walton and see which player gets swept.

  • A year after this one MJ came with revenge ;oP

  • MJ just plain choked...the argument that he wasn't "in shape" is dumb...he dropped 55 on the Knicks and I don't see people saying he's not in shape...

not to mention he dropped 48 on the Hornets in the first round...

  • Yeah, that Knicks team was statistically one of the greatest defenses in history and MJ scored 55 on them, right, he wasn't in shape, whatever.

  • lol

No wonder the Magic are a garbage franchise if this is the best moment.haha

  • Yeah this is the greatest moment in Orlando history

Air Jordan - the best past/present/future

People find anything to try and bring Jordan down, but they just have a small penis

  • @emceeballer1 Its not that hard to bring Jordan down if you know where to look .

  • @emceeballer1 or a loose twat lol

  • Dude, Michael Jordan is the greatest player of all time. Pippen, Rodman, etc.... would have 0 CHAMPIONSHIPS without Jordan!

  • Pip never had a losing season even without MJ, MJ had losing seasons in 4 years without Pip. MJ never won a championship without Pippen.

  • not to start anything i like bird and jordan alot but pippen had a pretty good team in portland

  • Kareem would only have one championship without Magic.

Bird would have none without McHale and Parish.

the list could go on. It's a team sport. Now if you want to prove Pip is better than MJ, good luck. Show me his championship rings in Houston and Portland.

  • Bird took Boston from worst to 2nd worst to first in 1980 without Parish and McHale so that's a retarded statement. McHale and Parish aren't in the HOF without Bird, Kareem is without Magic, simple as that

  • @MerkinMuffly Haul ass, Bird needed Mckale and Parrish to win a championship and Magic needed Worthy and Kareem...everybody need help and nobody can win by theirselfs...you can hate on MJ all you want, but this man is a basketball icon...

  • Show me his Finals MVP's hahaha!

  • this clip still gives me goosebumps!!!! greatest moment in magic history!!

  • thats not the greatest moment in magic history. its the time when nick anderson missed 4 free throws in game 1 of the 93 nba finals!!!!

  • oh really? well let me bust your bubble, magic went to the finals in 95. if your going to say something, get your facts straight, then you can say something!

  • But shaq got his ass beat by Olajuwon that year so it really doesnt matter. Hey wheres the next video where Michael SWEPT ORLANDO IN 96????? HAHAHHA EAT THAT SHITBAG

  • fuk u cok sukin piece of shit, u jak off to mj every night dont you? you see the magic last night? you see what they did to the chosen one? suck on that one shitbag

  • LOL, poor MJ choked, whaaaauuuugggh, they did better in the playoffs without him the year before, I'm glad they got rodman, the difference maker.

  • Debating this on another site Merk. The Jocker "excuse" for this play is MJ was not in shape, and had just come back from retirement. Does this guy ever have a bad play happen against him w/o some sort of cop-out by the Jordan Jockers?

Good call on the Rodman part...his rebounding/defence put them back over the top. MJ running on a treadmill during the 95 offseason eating his Wheaties didn't make a difference.

  • Yeah, that's why he scored 55 on what was statistically one of the greatest defenses ever, whatever.

  • @FuShengAlex Perhaps off-season training doesn't make the difference on one play. Even at his best, Michael had the ball stolen from behind sometimes. But there were two years, 1988 and 1996, in which Michael Jordan was statistically better (significantly) than any other year. And one of those two was his first year back from baseball. Rodman was great; Steve Kerr was great. But don't discount the fact that Jordan was his best, because of said '95 offseason program.

  • Yeah idster7.....he came back and shot a mediocre 41% in the NBA Finals after having a year to get in shape. In the game 6 closeout game he shot lower than 25% from the floor and hit only 5 FG`s. I guess he was rusty there too.

  • I'll tell you what I'm tired of reading. This bullshit comparison to the '96 Finals where the Bulls played against the 2ND BEST defensive team in the league.

The fact is that Jordan wasn't in his normal basketball shape in '95, physically and mentally.

Field goal percentage & free throw percentage were both down. He wasn't playing up to his level because he didn't give himself enough time to get ready.

Funny, the same thing happened in 2002.

  • LOL@bubufubu .....Oh please. His '95 playoff numbers are slightly superior to his 2nd 3peat year averages in the playoffs.

  • I've seen you around youtube, spewing this shit argument to others.

No intelligent person is buying it.

The only, and quite idiotic I might add, comparison you ever make is to the '96 Finals.

This is the same team that Jordan shot 6-19 against in their first meeting of the season in November. Half of his whopping 22 points from that game were at the line.

There's also a little thing called chemistry. It takes a bit longer than 17 games to have enough of it to beat the good teams.

  • Yeah get used to those not buying what you claim to be the truth Jordan Jocker....the truth is if they didn't add Rodman and Grant didn't get injured in the 96 playoffs they'd have lost again.....because Orl's interior domination of the Bulls was the REAL reason they won.

He averaged 32ppg-7rebs and 5 asts on 48% shooting in the 95 playoffs and lost.

  • Wait, so you mean the same out of sync '95 Bulls team that choked in Games 1 and 6 against Orlando "needed" Rodman to beat them? Hahaha

That theory is a load of shit as well seeing as how the Bulls beat the Magic earlier that year by 32, WITHOUT Jordan. And their other 2 games against the Magic, without Jordan, were extremely close.

Jordan was second guessing himself in Game 1 in '95. That happened a lot with MJ, right?

Grant played 28 minutes in Game 1 in '96 and they almost lost by 40.

  • bubufubu ....save your out of sync/chemistry excuses. They were 13-4 in the games MJ played. They entered the playoffs on fire. MJ destroyed CHA in the first round. Nobody was complaining about him being winded when he dropped 48pts. in the double OT win. You should look at HOU who beat the Magic that year if you want to speak of who had chemistry issues heading into the playoffs. Rodman averaged a double double vs. Orlando he was huge. MJs stats weren't any better in 96 vs. Orl vs. 95.

  • Who the hell said anything about being winded? Jordan kept in great shape playing baseball but was out of the NBA for 20 months, you moron. Why do you think he worked so hard in the off season to get back into tip top "basketball shape"?

Jordan torched the Hornets and yet they lost by 17 in Game 2 and barely won Games 1 and 4.

In '96 against Orlando (vs '95):

MJ's assists and rebounds were up, his shots per game were down and he shot a higher %, and he had fewer turnovers.

    Basketball shape.

  • lol@bubu 30ppg on 47% and they lost in 95 vs. Orl vs. 28ppg and 52% and they swept the Magic in 96. It isn't like Jordan played any better or worse when comparing the 2 series. The difference was their frontcourt in 96 didn't get bullied around like 95 with the addition of Rodman, and Grant being injured. They beat 72-10 CHI one time w/o Shaq. FYI MJ was working out with the Bulls since Dec. 1994 behind the scenes so don't make it sound like he jumped str8 from the diamond to the court.

  • That's right, ignore the fact that he shot the ball better on fewer attempts, committed way fewer turnovers, and had more rebounds and assists in the '96 series against Orlando.

It was all because of Rodman.

    Right.

Where was the bullying on January 10th, 1995? No Rodman. No Jordan. Pippen had 26pts/10rbs and Kukoc had 19/9. Grant played 32 minutes. O'Neal played 36 minutes. And the Magic lose by....32? Wait, how is that possible?

A few workouts =/= time on the court. Nice try.

  • All those MJ haters, he's just the GOAT, although I personnally think that Wilt is even with MJ

  • you are crazy to compare Jordan with Chamberlain, proofs are here on you tube

  • Comment removed

  • MJ was Overrated to move shoes...he only could win in the waterd down 90's.

  • First you guy said 80's defense sucks--------I guess because MJ scored too many points in 80s. MJ even had one 85+% FG and 50 pts game and one 77% FG 54 pts games against Pistons.(the best defense)

Then now you say 90s era sucks because the bulls got 6 rings in 90s?

Dont say anything, let me guess...mmmm....

YOU R A KOBE FAN!!! STUPID KOBE FAN!!! ONLY KOBE FANS SAY THESE STUPID THINGS.

90s we got every greatest centers man

  • you are not right you can't say that lakers blazers suns utah seattle were bad teams maybe they weren't in category with 80s but still a way better era than we have now!!!

  • BIRD SAID: "God disguised as michael jordan."

  • LOL so the bulls were better off with out MJ that season ??? LOL they were only just over 50% when he came and the final 17 games he played in they went 13-4 LOL so that s your first piint shown to be bullshit. Then in 96-98 Rodman was not even a factor in 97 or 98 finals destroyed by malone both series LOL MJ the GOAT

  • wow what a fucking idiot who posted this....so im guessing Jordan's play in the 97 and 98 finals wasnt y they won..it was rodman huh..lol u fucking moron...and its funny how u say the Celtics beat Jordan....so ur sayin 5 men beat 1?? wow that must make them soo great? if u want to compare anything, compare Jordan and Birds stats when they played each other...but then if u did that Jordan would make Bird look bad so guess thats out the pic

  • Cry some more little pussy, fyi, Bird swept MJ's ball hogging ass twice, hehe

  • MJ Media covering it up ?

You mean the same way LB Media covering up Bird`s shortcomings in 83 vs Bucks where HE GOT SWEPT. How many series did Birdman win where HE didn`t have home court adventage? I`ll tell you, zero 0. Jordan did it 5 times. Those times Celtics had HCA they still had to use the oldest trick in the book, turn the heat up to 100 degrees and knock your opponents out...

  • Bird couldn't help his team had the best record nearly every year he was healthy. FYI MJ was swept twice and guess who? When Bird swept MJ in 87, McHale wasn't even playing, he was injured, hehe.

  • LOL. So explain to me why Bird thought MJ was "god"? Bird himself didn't even think he was the best team player. He gave that to Magic "the best he'd every seen". Please. Bird was good, no doubt one of the best, but he couldn't guard anybody one on one... especially Mj. LOL, are you serous?

  • If Jordan was god he could have beat Bird at least once in the playoffs, God is not a loser = Jordan is not god.

  • The Celtics were falling to Knicks teams with 2-0 leads, and losing series to Cleveland and Detroit, who collectively won 2 games versus the Bulls in those 2 years. In 1986 and 1987, MJ didn't have it, in those years I mentioned Bird didn't exactly have wings himself, and those are two of my favorites. When The Doc's era was done Bird prevailed, Bird was done it was MJ. The east hasn't been the same since the late 1990's

  • Retard, Bird & McHale were injured those years. Bird playing on a broken back in 91 still manages to beat the bulls 2 times. The only reason the late 90s Bulls win so many games is because 96 expansion with great teams like Vancouver and Toronto watering down the NBA. The 86 Celtics win 67 games with mchale out 14 games, if they played in 96 they would have won 80 games in that pathetic weak era.

  • Stupid man! It's like compare the Bulls today to Cavs.

87 is the second season for MJ, and he was serious injured and missed 60+ games.

Learn what? He scored average 40+ against Celtics, and the Bulls only depend on him.

  • 87 was not MJ's second year it was his 3rd because he was drafted in 1984

  • yap, I know

  • hmm..... in the 80's bird was in his prime... and Jordan was still learning the game as a rookie.....

  • He played 6 years in the 80s, MJ was a slow learner I guess. I don't think he learned anything, he just got Pippen who was the bulls best team player.

  • if you didnt like jordan you must have hated the 90's. looks like a bird fan put this up. let me guess who your favorite boxer was, Rocky Marciano right? pitiful! not even worth debating

  • Settle down Spike Lee, go get a bat and beat the shit out of a white dude in a Bird jersey if it makes you feel good. I'm sorry Bird kicked MJ's ass and swept him twice in the playoffs, deal with it ABM :)

  • stop living in the 80's. those 6 championships jordan won were a little more recent. dont be a hater alll your life!

  • I am living in the present, The 90s? That's ancient history, start living in the present your Buggin Out. Boston Celtics World Champs, that must really piss you & Spike off, the Celtics kicking Lebron and Kobe's ass. Don't feel bad, you still have MJ's gay commercials to fall back on. I heard MJ & his latest boy toy, Cuba Gooding Jr, exchanged underwear for their Honeymoon, isn't that sweet. FYI, Marciano sucks, Jerry Cooney would have kicked his ass, hahahaha!!!

  • The victory over the Cavs was nowhere near an ass beating.

  • Yeah, it's hard to debate something that was so lopsided, not worth debating since Bird OWNED MJ. Birds record vs MJ: 23-11 with two sweeps of MJ in the playoffs. The greatest ball-hog ever vs the greatest team player ever, pretty easy to figure out who's going to win those games right? At one point (Jan 12, 1988 - Fri, Mar 21, 1986) Bird beat Jordans ball hoggin ass 13 games in a row!!!! Oh shit, yo my byaaaatch!! MJ, 'Nuff said ;)

  • greatest team player ever? lmao.

Bird: "give me the ball and get the hell out of my way"

don't get me wrong, I love bird and the celtics but Bird could get greedy too when he thought it was that time.

  • *Players

  • One more thing: The Pistons from the early 90s had a better roster than the Bulls did before they started drafting some decent payers. Remember, it took the Pistons quite a few years to win a championship after drafting Isiah, so why sh-t on Jordan for not winning one until he had a decent supporting cast? I don't know about you, but only having Charles Oakley, Orlando Woolridge and an old George Gervin(and that was in a year when Jordan missed 64 games) isn't exactly my idea of a dream lineup.

  • Brad Sellers? Dude, the guy never averaged more than 10 points a game, not to mention he shot below 500%.

As for James Edwards, he was ok, but again, he really wasn't that much better than Brad.

I'll admit losing Vinnie Johnson is a bit of a problem, but I kind of figure Wooldridge would have made up for that.

And let's not forget Rodman and Dumars were playing great, too.

  • "91, they year mj finally gets by Detroit, Isiah missed over 34 games because of an injury to his wrist that he got surgery on during the season. Still hampered by wrist in the playoffs he misses 2 playoff games. If Isiah isn't hurt, the Pistons whip MJ a 4th year in a row."

But Isiah wasn't hurt the year after. Why didn't Detroit win then?

  • No James Edwards, No Vinnie Johnson, that's over 25 points a game you replace with Woolridge who can score, but never played a lick of defense add that with Brad Sellers getting injured and you have a mediocre team with no offensive post presence.

  • The 93 Suns were pretty dominant, actually. If I recall correctly, they actually had a perfect record in December, and led the league in points scored. Also, their defense was actually BETTER than the 86-87 Lakers, and they only allowed two points more per game than the 85-86 Celtics.

  • I'm referring to the 2peat Laker teams of 86-87 and 87-88. Or 85/86 Celts with a healthy Bird, dominant frontcourt. Magic/Worthy in their primes and Kareem still an effective scorer.

The Suns were a joke compared to 80s ball. Overweight hotdog eating center Miller in the the paint, they had 0 defensive abilily, no wonder MJ has his overrated 41ppg "record".

Seattle were an erratic team that finally got it together in '96. MJ shot a lousy 40% to win. Rodman grabbed all his bricks!!

  • Both the Suns and Sonics won 60+ games in the regular season, not to mention both had healthy rosters, unlike the Lakers who lost Magic and Byron Scott for most of the Finals.

  • "Any old school 80s fan recalls Pippen with a "migraine" from being scared shitless vs. the Pistons. Man those 80s teams had all the arsenal to overcome any of those 40+ ballhog23 games vs. inferior finals foes like Phoenix/Seattle." You really think the Lakers/Trail Blazers teams that Detroit beat were better then the Suns and Sonics teams from the 90s?!

  • merkin stop riding jordans dick, just because you suck at basketball doesnt mean you have to act like the greatest player in the world is garbage, i bet if mj walked up to you, you would shit your pants with joy

  • Dont listen to this guy, hes got a homosexual obsession with Michael Jordan. MJ had to get a restraining order because chrisbrown013 was stalking him and camping outside his house with binoculars beating off. When the cops went to his parents house to give him the restraining order, they found him mounted on a life-sized MJ doll. Since then all this guy does is make 1,000 posts a day on youtube proclaiming his gay love for MJ, seriously dude, you need help. I hope you get it. ;)

  • "Jordan had 4 losing seasons, Pippen never had a losing season in his life. That Makes Pippen the better team player."

Jordan never sat out of the game when the plays weren't being made for him to score.

  • jordan will always be number 1, go cry into your kobe pillowcase

  • Cartwright had the sharpest elbows and new how to use them to cheap shot opponents and make it look totally accidental. Don't forget, in the western conference finals Worthy badly sprains his ankle against Portland and is basically useless in the finals, reinjuring it in game 4 and not playing in game 5. In game 4 Byron scott hurts his shoulder and can't play in game 5 as well and no Kareem. Not even Magic could overcome that.
