  • @Derow69 Diet is the most important thing of all. He just cut weight more then build muscle. You can build 100lbs of muscle but still look like a fatass if you dont cut down the fat. Also, even if you burn an extra 600 calories a day but take in 3500 calories, you still may gain fat.

    Also this guy was skinny to begin with so his results look way more impressive then a guy with 24% body fat going to 22 or 21%. Going from 18 to 15 is a big change visually.

  • And don't forget that fruits and vegetables have TONS of nutrients and vitamins which do all sorts of good things for your body. Its also possible to put on muscle fast if you've had that much before. Muscle memory makes it way easier to get back to a level you once had, then doing it for the first time. Its not magic, but its faster.

    Beans have lots of protien in them. Even if you eat 200 grams of protein a day, your body can only process something like 5g per hour.

  • This is so fake. Ive been on a intense diet and workout program for 115 days now and I looked like this guys middle picture when I started, and just barely about to look like his after. No way he did that in 84 days. From his before to after, It would take at least 200 days if not more to get that kind of a change with perfect diet and never missing a workout.

    Its funny how all these people want to sell you something.

  • @007craft Idk dude i'm somewhere betwen midle and last picture, and i've been working out for 2 months by doing exercises on passion4profession, i agree that he didn't change from 1st to last picture in 84 days, but i think that from middle to last picture is posible, i maybe will need around 1 month to get defined six pack, but i will not stop until i'm able to do lvl 3 in those exercises from that channel. I also do exercises for chest and other muscles they work too, but not as fast as abs :(

  • This is possible with EXTREME dieting and training, but unlikely. AND training should be about getting in better shape not looking like some knucklehead bodybuilder. Take a look at USMC DI's they are in top physical shape yet don't look like "the Govinator" ;)

As far I know, when you lose or gain weight, your face changes in the same way , your cheeks got bumped or less according to the case. but in these picture i just saw a changing body and a too much constant face.   • It's People like you that give false expectations to someone who truly wants to get in shape, they usually give up after not having that body in 84 days.. getting in shape and having a 6-pack takes dedication, its the way you sleep, eat, and the exercises you do. And its a slow process if you're doing it naturally and healthy

  • @elchidopablo Just a slight correction. Losing fat, is a lifestyle change, only if you have a terrible lifestyle in the first place (eating terrible food, little- to- no exercise). For those who are eating healthily and and exercising in the first place, fat loss is an all-out battle. You attack it with everything you have for a few weeks, anything less will lead to little results that will stall before you know it. But thanks for being one of the few to spread valid information.
