I think they are all just like a big family. On one hand the argue and have problems with each other, on the other hand they cheer each other up, when they're down and try to solve their problems. Great video, I really liked it.

The friendship between these two is pretty amazing... I love how they don't have to say much to "get" each other (elevator scene). They do understand each other, and respect the other which makes it amazing to watch. Meredith is his love, but Bailey is his "kindred spirit"... they keep each other in check.

I love that Bailey Derek Scene. I love their relationship and Chandra's acting in this one was amazing. I also like the fact that Derek was not so perfect when he was in highschool. It's what makes him dreamy now. However, I don't think adding the song in the background was a good idea and I really don't think the Derek-Rose scene can be considered the best of grey's. Only the first scene (Bailey/Derek) was the best.
