Small track like that probably favors the V8.

but i want the AE86 to be a daily / fun car
i like the 1G-GTE idea but i don't want to lose the high rev flavor so any idea or a valuable advise my friend ?

The 1UZ is a fairly popular conversion for many cars. They rev pretty good, and don't require a whole lot of dollars to get a great bit of performance from. Very reliable to.
SR20? They also rev well, and are pretty easy to get power out of.
Other than that..... probably crawl some forums.

they should be racing karts on this track! racing is much more fun then this. this is how we get our tires hot. still, this is probably pretty fun.
