@skylerm420 Dude I'm a huge MMA fan but felt compelled to burst your bubble. MMA fighters are nowhere near the level of conditioning that boxers have. Boxers last 12 rounds and take repeated brain damage, as well as liver ruptures and breathing problems from the perpetual nose breaks. They have unmatched stamina and strength. And I repeat unmatched. Just watch 48-year-old Mercer knock out Syliva (never KOed b4) with ONE punch. They also have very strong chins. MMA guys just don't.

@RBx94 Mate I grapple once a week and do boxing sparring once a week and I can tell you that after boxing sparring I'm fatigued out whereas grappling is much easier on the body. Sure it's very tiring to lift a guy or have to lie under a guy but nowhere near as tiring as having to constantly move and change directions and protect your head and intestines
