I agree. You don't stop learning about the world and your place in it at a certain age and emotional maturity takes a long time to achieve. Adults who mess around with the emotions of what are, after all, still kids whilst these emotions are still being formed should be suitably punished.

5 years ago, in Ontario Canada, it was legal for a 35 Y/0 to have sex with, and openly date 14 Y/0. My hubby and I reported such an even to the police and they said that there was nothing they could do about it.
