Also I didn't mention God, I simply am concluding that if morals are objective rather the subjective. If good and evil actually "exist" then they were put in place by whatever created the universe.

The question is, are there moral absolutes? Or are "all" morals relative? If they are, then we cannot blame anyone for their actions. If there are not, then moral law is a law of the universe.

Our moral law comes from our societies evolving. All the way back to when we were hunter gatherers in small groups thousands of years ago. It was never okay to murder someone within your own group. Now our society is worldwide, and it is still not okay to murder.
