Hi TK. This is my first time watching your video. I know you must have repeated yourself that you did not have any dancing background, but I just couldnt believe it because the way you move is like a dancer! I was wondering how it was when u first started, did you have to excerise to keep fit before you attempted pole dancing? I have horrible upper body strengnth so not sure if it is a good idea for me to start dancing. What do u think?

i didnt do any exercise before the pole - i had no upper body strenght, you build it over time, so give it a go! :D
