Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.
I know a great veg restaurant in Madrid, small, family run, very yummy and lots of vegan stuff on the menu. It uses fair trade products :) It's called El Granero de Lavapies, not too far of a walk from the Reina Sofia museum of modern art. I live in Valencia and your choices are VERY limited here but madrid is easy for vegans :)
HAVE FUN! and if you go to Spain, try the orxata!!
Heather, some countries don't allow you to enter with spices or other foods. Did you do some research about that? Have a wonderful trip. I'm from Spain (living in Vancouver now) and I think there's nothing like Europe....you breath history in every corner!
@LaiaBertran Thanks Laia! I didn't actually look into the spices, but we are in France no problem and if we have to ditch them that's fine. It should usually be ok with dried herbs & spices, but I suppose I'll find out! we are having an excellent time so far, thanks!
