@muscle2tuner Well all of these cars run low 15s or better stock. So with the mods all of the cars have, I would say that they all run high to mid 14s at least. That's as fast as anyone needs to go.

@1993hondaaccord 125hp is not even quick to me accords are heavy. a v6 chrysler sebring is quick with 200hp. yeah you could make it fast if you did an engine swap, or used forced induction. accords are not a good platform. ur better off buying a 96-2000 hatch or an eg. overall trying to make the accord fast is just silly.
But then again who would want to drive a Chrysler with only 200hp and weighs alot more with that fragile V6? Eeeek... i'll stick with a john deer lawnmower that cuts grass faster then you could hit 0-60.

i have yet to see a I/H/E xrs break 13s on the 1/4. So far only street races but not solid proof on really how fast they are on the 1/4. Si and RSX are proven 13s with bolt ons. Stock si can run low 14s stock with the right driver. Please post a video of a xrs showing 1/4 times. I've seen the numbers for a stock xrs of 16.1 on car and driver.

It's not the same mods. Pfc is pretty much a lift control like a vtec controller that makes the lift kick in earlier/harder. If you have vtec on the si or rsx kicking in early too rather than 5500-5800 the xrs is eating shit all day. I/h/e on k-series is very responsive. ivtec > vvtli. Make it fair and race a vtec controllered si/rsx-s

No k20z1 has similar cams, they have slightly less lift. The intake manifold is also close to the hype r but not exactly. Z1's have gained 6hp with type r cams, therefore type r cams aren't worth it.
but the only thing that pfc does, its lower lift, and also control air fuel ratio, but rsx vtechs hit a 6k rpm, each time you shift gears vtech stays on alias the xrs with a stock ecu hits lift @ 6700 and doesnt stay on it when you shift
Buttt controlling air/fuel while in any type of variable timing is incredibly important, and will also increase hp. Look at the difference in i/rh/e xrs's and i/rh/e/pfc xrs's.
yeah I know, but the thing is, remember the rsx has 20 more horsepower than the corolla xrs, adn has a much better gearing. So its kinda fair cause, the corolla wont put 200 whp and trust me, the rsx with those mods can put at least 195 to 205 whp

SI did not have shit driver simply the SI is not as fast as that rsx.. besides stock vs stock rsx is a bit faster besides the limited slip SI has electronic throttle.. and if you saw the vid you must know the rsx runs high 13s.. and for a civic with i/h/e and a couple of more things its going to be hard to reach that time in the 1/4 mile.. so.. theres no reason to blame the driver on that one
the si 's 6 gear is limited it dosent go past 6000 rpm the rsx 6th gear isnt limited thats why its faster in top speed if the si wasnt limited it woud be a different story but u are right the rsx is faster in top speed
still limited or not 6th gear is so long on SI its a slug.. and i mean top speed and accel.. remember theres is just a little delay on SI since throttle is electronic

well there were a few reasons for stopping production of the RSX but i guess the one of the main ones is that the civic si performs very similar as an RSX but for a cheaper price to customers just because it's a Honda and not an "Acura"

this one doesnt have a tune. its just got a lowered lift, which basically makes it an rsx-s in terms of lift engagement point.

No k20z1 has similar cams, they have slightly less lift. The intake manifold is also close to the hype r but not exactly. Z1's have gained 6hp with type r cams, therefore type r cams aren't worth it.

but the only thing that pfc does, its lower lift, and also control air fuel ratio, but rsx vtechs hit a 6k rpm, each time you shift gears vtech stays on alias the xrs with a stock ecu hits lift @ 6700 and doesnt stay on it when you shift

Buttt controlling air/fuel while in any type of variable timing is incredibly important, and will also increase hp. Look at the difference in i/rh/e xrs's and i/rh/e/pfc xrs's.

yeah I know, but the thing is, remember the rsx has 20 more horsepower than the corolla xrs, adn has a much better gearing. So its kinda fair cause, the corolla wont put 200 whp and trust me, the rsx with those mods can put at least 195 to 205 whp

The base (ce), S or LE had a 1zz in it, also a 1.8L. In the mods it says it has PFC = apex power fc, the pfc was available for the 2zz NOT the 2AZ = 2.4 = 10thgen corolla xrs (2009-2010) = NOT SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO. I own a 2009 xrs and it's far from being as fast as the previous generation of the xrs.
I am in front of him in 1st and second gear but that's IT! Unless the guy's a bad driver, when I go 3rd gear he passes...
But, for the looks, it kills the 2005... and it DOES peel in 3rd gear wich is very nice... I'll put some videos of my ride this summer..

actually the si and the rsx are the same car the si and rsx are even the rsx is lighter but the si has limited slip and the rsx dosent its a drivers race and i saw ur video of the rsx vs si and the si had a shit driver but all and all its always a good race between those 2 cars sum times the rsx wins and sumtimes th si wins its all in how u shift

SI did not have shit driver simply the SI is not as fast as that rsx.. besides stock vs stock rsx is a bit faster besides the limited slip SI has electronic throttle.. and if you saw the vid you must know the rsx runs high 13s.. and for a civic with i/h/e and a couple of more things its going to be hard to reach that time in the 1/4 mile.. so.. theres no reason to blame the driver on that one

the si 's 6 gear is limited it dosent go past 6000 rpm the rsx 6th gear isnt limited thats why its faster in top speed if the si wasnt limited it woud be a different story but u are right the rsx is faster in top speed

still limited or not 6th gear is so long on SI its a slug.. and i mean top speed and accel.. remember theres is just a little delay on SI since throttle is electronic

well there were a few reasons for stopping production of the RSX but i guess the one of the main ones is that the civic si performs very similar as an RSX but for a cheaper price to customers just because it's a Honda and not an "Acura"

the 09 XRS has 158 hp with 162 fl/t
if it's an old XRS it's using the old celica's engine 2zz around 175-180 hp's
xrs are factory tuned corollas, good cars, easy on gas, cheaper on insurance (4door) and lots of room for your friends, and truk space
