It's a shame Italy is fast becoming a Muslim country (because native Italians do not wish to have children anymore, and the Muslim immigrants have many children (4+)).
That's the most disgusting thing I've ever heard.. Islam is the world's second largest religion after Christianity. roughly 1 in 4 people is muslim.. and here you are saying that's a shame? what does muslim's have to do with having 4+ children? you're messed up in the head.
@sarahfromsydney1 You're right, it is disgusting. It's disgusting that Italy is becoming a Muslim country. I couldn't care less if 1 in 4 people are Muslim... as long as these Muslims stay in THEIR OWN COUNTRIES. They have enough to choose from.
Muslims have many children. That has an effect on a country, dopey.
I'm messed up in the head because I'm pointing out the fact that Muslims are outbreeding native Italians? You complete & utter moron, you have no argument, only ad-hominem attacks.
I am 1/2 Sicilian, 1/2 Italian. My mother's family was from Compobello di Mazara-Barbera is the last name. Hope I get there before I die. My mother never did but yearned to go. My grandmother must have left there in the late 1800's. Her spouse was from Calabria, whom she met in America. Anyway-just found this music-LOVE IT! And had to say hello.

@flargle1967 being light does'nt mean anything brother, i'm 100 percent Sicilian with light skin, Blue eyes and red hair. Sicilians are really diverse. I may be light but that is from my dads side, my moms side looks Arab Sicilian
I am very proud of my Sicilian roots! My mother's family was from Palermo and my father's family was from Termini Imerese. Someday we will all be together again!
Proud to be Italian. Padre is From Messina, Sicily, and Ma is from Genoa and Piacenza, in Northern Italy. The Jersey Shore sets a disrespectful stereotype of our culture, and needs to end!
Proud to be Sicilian....Both my parents born in the beautiful baroque town of Noto, near Siracusa, overlooking the Mare Ionico...Lucky to have been able to visit there...several times..and to tour the magnificence of the entire island..
@ForseePilot mee to! us italians have the blood of nobles, kings, conquerers, warriors, philosophers, inventors, artists, innovators, and leaders... all some of the greatest the world has ever known or will ever come to know.
im proud and yet humble to have roots from the north central and south italy (milan, naples, sicily)
Been to Sicily twice and loved it. Understand a little Italian but Sicilian is like a complete other language. Don't understand a word. Seems like a nice song though.
do you know how many people dont know the difference between sicilian and italian? granted the difference isnt a very big difference but i speak both and its quite entertaining when the girl who thinks shes all that cuz she speaks italian gets confused when im on the phone with my mother speaking sicilian. i really dont like her
@mitzatan ya plus they are distinct , we have dark skin, light skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, green eyes ect. very mixed breed sicilians are. My family goes back to when the german goths ruled sicily, so i have greenish brown eyes, dark hair, tanned skin, very eastern european looks.
@mitzatan well they both have a fucking hard time understanding each other when speaking their regional dialects. Sicilian is virtually a different language. Even the regional dialects in Sicilian differs from each other. It's spoken in Sicily, and around certain parts of southern Italy but mainly Calabria.
@mauroskin wow you are in sicily! amazing! my nonni on my father's side are from near Palermo, and my dad's side are from Pachino! My blood is sicilian but i am born in canada! So greetings from Canada! :D

@AlexGali17 Sicilians sound very different from Italians, they're similiar when you pick out the words and write them down but when it's just verbal conversations its realy hard to tell what they're saying becuase of dialect. My Great Grandparents who are Sicilian speak differently from my friend's grandparents who are italian, so idk, it depends on how you view it i guess
@Vickilovesyaoi13 Yes because Sicilian is not a dialect of Italian! Sicilian is a language recognized from UNESCO and EU! So compare Sicilian to Italian is like compare Italian to Spanish or French, all latin languages but different from each others! Greetings from Sicily ;)
Is Sicilian very different from the 'standard Italian' ?? i know there are many local dialects and languages in Italy ... but i wonder how much different they are
