from what Ive heard from friends who've been there. you have to sign a contract or something giving the actors permission to touch you before you can go In if you dont I think they wont let you in. Because i think the point is that there trying not to let you get to the 13th floor

I worked there last year building the set, as well as helping during the "show." On more than one occasion people have passed out. One of the perks of this place is that every 113th person to SUCCESSFULLY complete the haunted house gets their money back. This is rarely every 113th person.

There is only 1floor because, like they said in the video, people want to know where the 13th floor is. It is the basement on a 12 story building, hence why it is called the 13th Floor and not floors:)

I worked here as an actor for 2 seasons. 2nd year I worked there I came down with the flu after 2 weeks of screaming all night and they told me they weren't going to pay me it's in the rules and they told the rules the first day of the season and since I wasn't there it's my fault for not knowing the rules. This cheap shit production would fuck an actor out of $300 minimum wage earnings.

Why do you think it's called The 13th floor?

The ordinal number "thirteenth" means only that floor. If it was more than one floor it would be called "The Thirteenth and Lower Floors" or "The Twelfth and Thirteenth Floors."

Maybe you never used a building with more than one floor before. If your friend says he lives on the fifth floor you must assume he lives on five different floors.
