What pokemon game is this? Sorry im slow with pokemon have not played in like forever but if this is platinuim maybe ill buy it if its worth it

This is pokemon platinum. its okay i just downloaded the rom and played it on teh R4DS cartridge. But buy the real game because on the roms u cant go past the Elite Four which is really gay
