I can't really decide between the two. I LOVE my Veggies and I like how way Subway makes a sandwich. But I wind up eating the second half of a footlong only a few hours after I eat the first one because I wind up getting hungry again. As for Quiznos, well it's closer to me than Subway and for 5 dollars and some change I can get a sandwich type item and soup. Which together fills me up a lot better than just a 6 inch sub from Subway. Plus I can get a drink and a big cookie for under 8 dollars.

I work at quizno's. I've had to wear that cup before. And ever since I've had quizno's I've never ate at a subway again. But hey, subway is just as good for you. It's an individual preference thing. And Quizno's may be a little more expensive, but you're getting good quality food, rather than a greasy one dollar burger.

subway is a lot better then quiznos but mr sub is better than both of them one reason is because they grill there subs and when they do you could feel the owey gooey cheese melt in your mouth.also the cookies are amazing in mr sub, the cookies are soft and chewy. quiznos gets third place subway gets second place and mr sub gets first place. beside my house i have a mr sub and a subway but i ussually go to mr sub. also the service is much better in mr sub than subway and quiznos.
