  • Fuckin Necromancer Garffield!!!

  • This cat is an agent.

  • I read the book...it's incredible and I highly recommend to anyone who has a family member with dementia, someone who is dyijng, or just plain loves cats. This is one of the most touching books I've ever read in my life.

  • Vince, youre an idiot! It's NOT disturbing.

Death IS a part of life.

Many believe it is a passage to a next life.

Oscar is a blessing because he may provide loved ones with an opportunity to say goodbye to the one who is dying.

The passing away occurs with or without a cat there... duh.

    "Be not afraid".

  • I'd love to have a cat like Oscar with me in my final hours. It seems like it would be comforting, and I love cats anyway.

  • I guess you would have to really hate your folks to send them to Oscar's retirement home.

  • It can be useful so that we can prevent a death earlier

  • I don't want to sound crass but for most of these people death is probably a blessing and nothing more can be done for them. However, I don't see why the anchor says it's a disturbing story. It's not like the cat is killing the people. He's comforting them as they pass on.

  • maybe he's actually killing them.

  • That is one cute cat !!!!

  • ... Just a scheme to make quick money -_- That's just like bs.

  • mmm, are they sure the cat's not smothering them with it's paws when nobodys looking?

    :D

  • Get that cat away from me!!!!

  • @Miles30 i take it you dont like cats?, moron. I dont think you will saying "Get that cat away from me" when you are in end stage DEMENTIA ... all you will know is that's a cat, you wont know anything else.

  • It was supposed to be a funny comment. Your talking to a guy that currently has two rescue cats - one adopted me and the other is a roadside rescue after someone dumped her on the side of the road when she was about 5 weeks old. And, just last year I spent more than $4,300 (vet bills) on a kitten that sadly had FIP and died at 4 months old. Me hate cats? Hardly....

  • That was supposed to be directed to SidneyXda down below...oops!

  • How about removing the cat!

  • @Organjic

why? he is just giving people some company before they die, watch the other report.

  • Yes, it's ridiculous that the anchor said some might find the report disturbing. Unless his audience is made up of morons who believe the cat is smothering the patients with his paws and killing them I don't think anyone would find the report disturbing. Intriguing perhaps but not disturbing. I think it's nice to know that the cat is there to comfort them as they pass on. I actually think it's a sweet story.

  • ho, i`m scary
