I really hate how they completely missed the point of the story in the game. the entire series is based around the concept of the "consequences" and the punishments of turning back time =/ in the movie they travel through time with seemingly no consequence.

@tarth74 That wasn't the point of Sands of Time... That was the point of Two Thrones... and Two Thrones was changed drastically from the original version (Kindred Blades). In the sands of time game the prince refuses to acknowledge consequences by making a grand master rewind and kills the vizier before the war even happens.

i just saw this movie and it was excellent! i didnt picture jake as a action star but now i feel like a jerk! he made me eat my words. the movie had great special effects,humor, LOTS of action, romance, and fantasy. and i must say jake was HOT-he should keep his hair like that.

i loved this couple! Jake and Gemma made this movie all the more worth watching it! i really liked how their romance didn't take up the whole story and the plot didn't get lost in the middle of the movie like it normally happens. Prince of Persia rocked and i hope there will be a sequel to it with the same cast. oh and did i mention how sexy Jake Gyllenhaal was as Prince Dastan? <3

I don't think they had the dagger that time. Dastan's oldest brother stole it and gave it to his uncle (Nizim:Ben Kingsley), that part was when Dastan and Tamina were trying to stop and get the dagger back.
