I tried Cialis for erectile dysfunction then experienced an errection lasting longer than four hours I did not want to go to the hospital so I remembered these commercials and soaked my cock in a bowl of Palmolive and it softened it right up, it really works.
In ads it have too be staight Hair people some thing that we want can not have! lyk my class mate she want staight hair cuz her hair is Curly so nice maybe ... + = )
fact is, KC had bangs at the time that she shot this commercial, how come it didn't appear here? extensions? cgi?
u would be surprised to know that KC is very different in person compared to what she appears on TV/print ads. she's always EDITED, she should follow Kate Winslet's example, who disagreed when her legs was digitally slimmed/improved. Instead, KC allows the young to look up and emulate the slimmer/prettier-because-enhanced her!
Palmolive and other various products should redirect their focus in making ads that can make people feel better about themselves and not promote something that may give the impression that there is only one accepted (and admired) look: straight-haired, reed-thin, and fair-skinned. I admire how Dove handled their new Real Beauty campaign. Now that's something for youngsters to look at on TV and reflect on!
but i'd rather focus on the good things that KC has done. did you know that in one of her grand birthday celebration she asked the guests not to give or bring gifts for her but to just give to the charities that she supports? i heard she studied out of the country to be a social worker so she could help the poor? how many young privileged people do you know that does that?
i don't know what her real reason for studying outside the country, and she's taking corporate communications!! u don't need that degree to be a social worker or to help the poor. she went to Virlanie Foundation bec it was the concept of her shoot with Marie Claire, a magazine that dictates what beauty should be. you know, photoshop, air brushing..
i agree! artists should be responsible in everything they endorse, because there are a lot of people who look up to them. people who are too young or too lazy to think for themselves.. sadly, these models don't think and just accept the millions of pesos they get from these ads.
Nope.I have naturally straight hair. But judging from this commercial, it seems like the star is pointing out that curly/curves and waves can only appear in clothing and never on a girl's head! I mean, come on! There are lots of looks out there that can look good on a girl, not just straight hair! What I'm saying is... why always make people think that there's only ONE preferred look?
true, but she could DECLINE, right? Surely a girl as smart as she is could have said something about the project, correct? It is JUST a shampoo commercial, sure, whatever happens to a little curly-haired girl sitting on her living room and just realizing every so slowly that she wasn't good enough after all?
edhelespyn, like i said, i understand EVERYTHING that you expressed.
I have naturally wavy/curly hair so of course i was offended when i saw this commercial. BUT if theres anyone that should be blamed for crushed self-esteem, it should be palmolive not KC.
