  • The true story to how the Glastron was made

  • GLASTRON une tres grande marque de bateau reconnue meme en europe

  • Awesome, I've always loved Glastron boats. My friend's aunt had an early 70s Glastron tri-hull on Lake Mohawksin inTomahawk, WI. She owned that boat for years! It was orange. What a classic. Smooth rider. Wonder what ever happened to that boat. Last I saw it was about 20 years old and still like new. In the 80s it was re-powered with a Johnson 85, and it flew pretty good across that big lake.

  • GREAT! I hadn't seen this before. I belong to the Golden State Glassics, CA and the history of all the 1950's-60's fiberglass boats is great. I am known as the Elgin/Sears Lady on the web. I have been able to compile a little history on the Elgin/Sears line of boats over the past 8 years.

  • My Uncle had a 1958 Glastron; ran that baby alot thru the 70's and early 80's down along the Chesapeake Bay area and Chester river
