The mind wants to have positive thoughts so let it because negative thinking effects us all negatively. It is true that our actions effect others so we must be sure that what we do will be good for others. Makes all sense. In order to create spin you need two forces. One attractive and one repulsive. Example, picture two magnets facing the same polarity. One magnet is on a table and the other one in your hand above it. What happens when you drop the magnet in your hand? Right, it will try to go around it until it is attracted by the opposite polarity. Two forces, Yin and Yang.
