Cool visual,no sound but delivered the look I recall at their peak.I never made many Philly gigs,but hung around Newark De.I liked Robert Hazard and the Hooters in those days and saw the Hooters backing Lauper.I think Conwell played Letterman's Show in 88.Not sure.I remember front cover of Rolling Stone mag about the same time.Conwell never left the stage until he was drenched in sweat ,and so was the crowd,loud and hoarse the next day from smoke and screaming.
