As you'll see with most "scene queens" the over excessive amount of eyeliner they use, as well as the rest of the makeup they use, can sometimes give the illusion of them being Asian, although it's quite obvious that most scene queens are NOT of Asian decent nor do they have the slightest bit of Asian blood in them. I hope this answers your question :)

@katiecorrupt she only used the eyeliner as a base, for her EYESHADOW which is fine. i've used just eyeliner before for a quick smokey look. i've used blush as eyeshadow before as well because i didnt have red at the time. it's not like anyone noticed or cared. that's the good thing about makeup. if you're good with it, you can be creative and it wont matter. your eye is a canvas, and makeup is the pallet!
