In fact the USA emits per person about 15 times as much as China.

The United States doesn't dump a shit load of bi and material waste like India and China does. Have you've seen pictures of China, India, and parts of Europe? Tires in childrens parks and yards. In the United States, we have something called laws which prevent these things from EVER happening. India and China need to regulate their waste output; not so much the United States.

America is leading, more so than any other country, we have been for decades. America has laws which require healthy enviroments; unlike China and India. China and India has workers working in filth and debree; dumped there by their own governments. America is leading, and always will be.
