How long can you keep them in your eyes?

I longest Ive had my lenses in are 6 hrs. But I hear circle lenses can be kept in for 8hrs.
can you please tell me what lens power means?

contact lens prescription/power level. If you go to an optometrist and get your eye examined they can tell you your power level. (If your vision needs to be corrected) I get 0.0 because I don't know my power level.
Are these lenses, Monthly ones or daily ones where you use once and throw them away. ' x o

these can last up to a year. But I will most likely replace them every 6 months since I am very anal about contacts.
