I see a lot of loaning going on yet we never get paid back. We should have 80 states by now with all the money we give to other countries. There should be a stipulation to our loans: if we loan you money and you don't repay us, we take over your government until we are paid back, or SOMETHING. Banks come after the American people for being late 30 days late, yet Iraq and Lybia haven't given us a penny for everything we've done for them.
