I like the phone overall but RIM really missed on a lot of things that would've made this phone a true player in the smartphone market. They need to come out with a really really loaded smartphone and stop just focusing on the business customers. They are losing a lot of customers and i have to say i had a lot of friends on BBM but i have none now because they all either went to Droid or an Iphone. The only reason i haven't left is because my job pays for my phone if its a Blackberry.

Just think of it like here is a new blackberry. everything is the same, and you have the additional option to use a touchscreen.

it has better hardware specs than an iphone 4. and that works, blackberry has the tendency to make much of little, they can make 5mp camera photos look better than 8mp camera photos 600mhz run smoother and more efficient than 1ghz etc. reread the the hardware specs again, they are decent and actually don't suck, like blackberries of past did.
