Im thinking one of these things would make a great multi PC water cooling unit. I have 3 PC's and all the fans do make a lot of noise so if I put the compressor and heat exchanger outside and cycle the water inside the house it will be a lot quieter.
Thats basically what I'm intending on using for my HV projects cooling except maybe with oil or synthetic coolant instead of water. but with an AC condensing unit and bigger coil as my cooling source. with reverse cycle if some projects require heat to operate.
If you look up Chillwater or Water Chiller systems you'll get the idea!.

the front panels are fixed and as far as I could tell its normal plate in 2 layers, no special markings or anything to suggest its ITO unfortunately.

frost free glass with a very thin Tin Oxide layer on the surface-trying to find a large piece of it to make a plant dye solar panel.
