Actually he's got a pretty high basketball IQ, that's one of the reasons he's such a beast at defense. Stupid players are terrible at D because they always get tricked, but Ron usually knows what the other guy wants to do and tries not to let him. On offense he's great at countering whatever the defenders do too...I think him taking those bad shots is him just thinking he can make them(he can, just not all the time) and maybe he wants to make something happen.
