This was a huge part of my childhood, I would literally play the story over and over because it so damn good. It's hard for me think of a better moment than landing that McTwist over the helicopter in Hawaii, and beating Eric at the end. Memories I will cherish forever.

This game is why I never tried skate(The video game). I still believe Tony Hawk is still marketable. Just go back to his roots and ditch that extremely hard to play Ride or its successor.

I agree with you. The next games from the series weren't as complete as this one. In Underground, you could drive cars for errands, and the Create-a-Park mode was the best ever. You could choose the time of the day, and use unique pieces, like the highway ! No wonder I'm still playing it.
