you NEVER take your eyes off the ball. you own that ball. THAT IS YOUR BALL. do not let that damn thing out of your sight, not even to dip your head and tackle. stick your face mask into the ball carriers chest, being under your opponent is the best way to tackle, get low and blast him!
The way they tackle, do i have to tackle like that? Or can i look them in stick my head to the side and drive my shoulder into them? or does it not matter? and which technique is best
@OnyxDr4g0n It's best to not tackle with your head down. You could damage your neck and if you practice this enough it should feel more natural than putting your head down.
@OnyxDr4g0n In addition to what @BrettsGaming said, on the field is damn difficult to take your head down, put the shoulder in position and so without losing the vision on the ball carrier. It's easier to tackle like that cause you never lose the stance, the other way, when you take down your head, it's damn easy to avoid the tackle if the ball carrier is an experimented guy :)
