I believe this story is based on Earth 16. A parallel dimension from Earth 1 (the DC world we're used to in most comics/cartoons). Because of this, some of the characters ages are different and certain events that happened on Earth 1 have not occurred.

In this world the Justice League has only been in existence for about 5 years so it's still a fairly new team (rather than Justice League Unlimited which allowed just about anyone onto their team with super powers).

In fact, after a while the Teen Titans split up and the older ones became the Titans and the younger ones stayed Teen Titans. However, both Raven and Beastboy eventually came back to the Teen Titans that's where they are now. I find it hilarious that they both have green mates, I never noticed. (I will split this comment in half 'cuz it's so long)

@kikyoC I think the Beastboy and Raven relationship came along after it's popularity in the show and since Superboy/Miss Martian was never a relationship in the comics, perhaps Miss Martian will come back to the TT and due to possiblities of it being a popular ship in the show, it could become canon in the comics.

Of course it's still kind of odd for me I guess because I never thought of shipping them together, I had always shipped them with other people. xD

@kikyoC In the comics Superboy is cloned from both Superman and Lex Luthor. Yes, he has two fathers. A little before infinite crisis takes place, Lex Luthor manages to take control of Superboy and turns him against the titans. Conner almost ends up killing Nightwing in the process.

After that all happens Conner almost gets killed by Superboy Prime. Comic universe = very confusing.

you know what i like about this show?

I can't know for sure, since I haven't seen *new* episodes, but it looks like they didn't drop the quality after the pilot show/movie. A lot of animated shows do that. They rock the animation for the pilot, then the true eppies are not as well animated. But this vid shows some clips that weren't in the pilot, and it looks pretty indistinguishable. I hope that trend follows through the whole season.

@jjbebekill Wonder girl was under some contract during the beginning of the series(and during Teen Titans, which is why she only got a cameo) and could NOT be used. However, since then the contract has been lifted so who knows? Perhaps we'll see Donna or Cassie sometime in the future. If not this season, we can always cross our fingers and pray for a second season. xD

@bfs7999766 Oh really? I didn't think it was that bad. I was very wary of the idea before I saw the show and when I had only seen the preview. I honestly didn't think I would like it, but he really did surprise me. For this incarnation of Robin I think Jesse McCartney suits it fine, I mean, it would be kind of peculiar to hear Scott Menvilles' Robin laughing as the YJ version does, don't you think? I am very pleased with both their voices for Robin on their different shows. : )
