  • Some customs may be from "China", we enjoy them. However, many people in China think that the shared tradition belong to them only. Remember that "China" now is not "China" 500 years ago and is far different from "China" 2500 years ago. And like Vietnam, China culture is also influenced by Buddism which is from India. I am happy that we shared some value and I am so proud that my country have many thing that I can't find anywhere else in the world.

    Not all of Vietnamese tradition influenced by chinese.Many of Vietnamese tradition belongs to Baiyue's tradition.

    Tet or lunar new year is traditional festival of agricultural resident in southyangzi river which is land of Baiyue's people,not chinese.
