I do not recognize the tanks. Is that a Panzerkampfwagon II at the beginning or a 38t? The explosions from the gun are too large for the 37 mm gun. The tank at the end looks like a Panzerkampfwagon III or IV but I am not sure. The gun does not look like the long 50 mm or the 75 mm that the Germans used. The Russians probably have a lot of old tanks for movies.

Another easier method is to look at the wheel design - Panzer IV's usually had 8 smaller road wheels as shown at 4:10 whilst Panzer III had only 6 wheels - but interesting - where you mentioned where the radio hatches were :)
