  • LOL...catfish. I think the people who eat catfish have other problems aside from being low on Omega 3's. If you be eatin catfish, you need an overhaul.

    Great video. Cute, too.

  • fishes :)))

  • she is sweet

  • thanks

  • tnx natalie very good video! take care.

  • i want to put natalie in my juice her and gulp her all up

  • Great Video!

  • Talking about asthma, allergies, arthritis, psoriasis, cardiovascular diseases etc. (at 0:20), why does Natalie never mention vitamin D? Unless you fix the vitamin D deficiency, you can try hard to minimize Arachidonic Acid but still the illness will remain.

Also, she failed to mention that while meat and eggs are indeed high in AA, vegetarian diets are also often very high in omega-6 (AA's precursor LA) -- e.g. sunflower oil has an omega3:omega6 ratio of 1:126!!

  • Sardines are good too.

  • Pretty in pink.

  • If you are on any roids or anything like that get off of it natalie. I recommend hemp seeds with shell in your diet

  • Arachidonic Acid is essential in human nutrition and is marketed as an anabolic bodybuilding supplement in a variety of products.

  • is the canned alaskin salmon ok?

  • Why beat around the bush? Avoid ALL animal products rather than trying to find the least toxic ones! Also, no mention of hot peppers - they are the most anti-inflammatory foods in the world!

  • @InvisiMan2006 The longest living people on the planet eat Animal foods, maybe You could get a hold of them and tell them their diet is off a bit hahahaha

  • @Myflesh101 Of course, out of tradition or heritage, many cultures will continue to eat meat. When we use current, scientific and clinical data, however, the benefit of animal products to those people becomes diminished.

You could also say that their overall lifestyle is the main contributor to their longevity, but that's a completely different topic.

On the topic of inflammation, my point still stands - avoid animal products.

  • @InvisiMan2006 Highly debatable to me, but if it seems to work for You fantastic, I always admire those such as Yourself who promote less suffering for Animals, Peace;)

  • @InvisiMan2006, my experience stands the test of eons of time. Animal products are vital to our best health, variably depending on the person.

Inflammation occurs readily with significant vegetable oil consumption and high sugar consumption.

Though over consumption of fats of any type can do that also, plant sources do especially so.

Animal products are vital to my health, as with the vast majority of the human population.

Vegan diets tend to cause more rapid aging of the body.

    Balance.

  • @ToolsnFire I think you need to look at what the current scientific and medical research is showing us - animal products do not benefit human health. There's a wonderful 5 DVD set by Dr. Michael Greger M.D. who pours over thousands of studies and peer-reviewed reports every year and then distills the information for lay people to understand. I believe that DVD set will give you insight.

  • @InvisiMan2006, Get in tune. The body reveals by desire, response, and results, not philosophy.

  • @ToolsnFire I take it by your reply that you don't take any scientific or clinical facts into account... I know people who feel great drinking coffee and soda, but that wouldn't suggest that we need those substances to be in "balance". Also, holistic health must include the consequence/benefit which our actions put onto other beings and the planet - you may think that animal products are needed in the diet, but it creates suffering and an environmental disaster.

  • @InvisiMan2006 I take it by your reply that you're believing incorrect 'scientific and clinical' misapplied 'facts' into account. You've got some learning to do. I know very well the studies of the sorts that you're referring to, - they're flawed. I understand very well the philosophy point of view you're coming from. Been there, done that to the extreme, front and center. I understand. Live by response/results. Nature wins. Animal foods are fundamental.

  • @ToolsnFire Of course nature wins, which is why humans don't have the physiology of an animal which eats meat. This can't even be debated, we were not designed to eat meat. In regards to the studies I've mentioned, these are peer-reviewed, published studies - thousands of them, which support a plant-based diet. Believe what you will - bad habits and conditioned traditions are hard to break.

  • @InvisiMan2006 I'm not debating plant based. I eat plenty of plant products as my body indicates appropriate. I also eat plenty of animal product as my body indicates appropriate. Believe what you will, there are more 'peer reviewed published studies' validating the healthy and vital benefits of substantial animal products in the human diet than not. Animal products are a standard of the eons old world wide human diet because eating animal products enables us to be our best.

  • @ToolsnFire "there are more 'peer reviewed published studies' validating the healthy and vital benefits of substantial animal products in the human diet than not". Please point them out to me. Like I said, there is a five DVD set which goes through current studies and reports which support vegan diets - I have hundreds of those studies on my harddrive, but I'd love to see data which refutes it. Show me your studies, and we can move forward with debating this topic.

  • @InvisiMan2006, I've seen em, there's no need to show them. And the what really matters is what works in practical living. Moderation and balance. Truly vegan diets result in poorer health from my experience both personally and by observation of others. Do you trust your body? Are you in tune? Your body reveals by response and results, which conclusions can be readily made. It's a matter of the integrity/health/fitness of your body. You're being deluded. Life is long.

  • @ToolsnFire No need to show them? You can't prove your point unless you can show your sources. I'm interested in seeing them for one because they sound contradictory to all current research. I'm confused by what you say about vegan diets resulting in poor health. There are so many people with diagnosed diabetes, heart disease, MS, blood pressure problems, etc. who heal after adopting a plant-based diet - it was their previous animal-based diet which caused their problems.

  • @InvisiMan2006, THE Point is well proven with real life, very much peer reviewed. That's why people aren't vegan. And we all eat plants. Got it? Most peoples' dietary are plant based, though that will vary depending on conditions due to the dynamics of life and what works best for an individual. Vegetables, fruits, grains, oily seeds/nuts, animal flesh, eggs, whole milk, etc. both cooked and raw as appropriate, all make for great health. All of them. It's a matter of balance. We're human.

  • @InvisiMan2006 vegan diet is great short term..

  • so is arachadonic acid basically rancid (oxidized, heated, etc) poly oils/seeds? omega 6 that is damaged? same polys found in cheap veggie oils like corn or soy used for cooking? so basically rotten polyunsat fatty acids? wouldn't anything that is rotten cause immune system reaction to deal with the toxins of said rotten food? also feeding animals these same things causing inflammation in them going into our bodies as well?

  • she is so great ! i love her videos very much !

  • I have heard of the phrase that "All cooked food is (essentially) poison"... from reading a site whose owner wrote about a story of her own life, where she used to be mostly overweight, always feeling "foggy" mentally, and having problems with flatulence (if that is the word??) until she tried out a totally raw food diet and stuck to it... now she is totally young, lean, in super-health, and there's like, boundless energy! :-)

I guess there r lots of people even on youtube promoting raw foods

  • nice video. i have pain in my knee and i have found this video helpful. thanks Natalie.

  • My fave nutritionist and also the cutest! ;o)

  • interesting but unrelistic when it comes to what you can eat,

  • Ugh, "organic" does NOT guarantee that the animals are grass-fed!!!

  • Very informative - thanks!

  • I appreciate your effort to educate people but, there are some errors in your explaination that I cannot ignore.

Prostaglandines and Leukotrienes are not cells, they are chemical substances, similar to hormones, only that they dont get carried around in your body as much as hormones. So Prostaglanines are classified as mediators. They are produced and released by inflammatory cells, they are not inflammatory cells themselves.

Sorry for my English, I'm still learning.

    keep up the good work!

  • I think it would be better to say "grain-fed" than "farm raised." The term "farm raised" is confusing because grass fed cows are raised on farms.

  • @urpmi Yep, and organic is also not necessarily good. If you feed a pig grains, you get the bad fats no matter if the fats are organic or not. Also the problem isn't as big in ruminants, because they can convert poly-unsaturated feds to saturated fats, so their fatty acid profile is not as dependent on what they are fed as is that of omnivores, which means the meat of ruminants is preferable over that from omnivores. Naturally, grass-fed or wild would be the best way to go.

  • obviously she is promoting organic foods---that is her choice---however, now there are claims that organic food is just really hyped up to fool the consumer. i dont trust anyone anymore.

  • @terajasoos Yeah of course the industry is going to backlash. They need to cell those fertilizers, fungizides etc. And of course they try to meddle with the organic standards so that even "organic" food will contain those toxins. However, organic food still contains less toxins in most cases.

  • @terajasoos

Congratulations on learning not to trust any one. Even more importantly, definately don't trust the people most people do trust, like doctors, preachers, and government officials.

The best bet is to buy your food from local sources that you can WATCH and get to know the owners personally. Getting food has been the biggest part of life from the beginning. Why should it be easy now?

  • Natalie, you are awesome. I love what you are doing and think you are a treasure to us all. I like the way you give us the truth in simple form that all of us can understand. Thank you for the great information that you so selflessly provide to the world in the name of health!

  • aaaaw your such a joy! very informative!

  • Nathalie will make - or already is - a great mom.

That said, his kids will probably have 20 years of drinking home-made carrot juice before realizing it... ;) I love your style Nathalie. Thanks for your videos.

  • I found it very usefull to know the difference between farmed and wild rased fish/meat/their products.

  • nice arms

  • The more I've learned the more I realized I need to be a nutritionist to be on top of things, and everything in our diets are bad for us, and commercial farming is bad for us. Pesticides are bad for us, hormones are bad for us. Farming is bad for us, fishing is bad for us, breathing is bad for us, eating is bad for us, our water is bad for us, the sun is bad for us.....and when it comes down to us, living is bad for us. Its impossible to keep up. How do you live with out being paranoid?

  • As long as we are in the context of curtailing INFLAMATION, I agree with Natalie, but for most healthy individuals, I would respectfully disagree, or at least caution against significant reduction in arachidonic acid for those that are highly active, and especially for those that regularly lift weights and are trying to build / maintain muscle mass.

  • For most people interested in building / maintaining muscle mass, and if you are also maintaining adequate amounts of omega-3's, excess arachidonic acid should not become an issue.

  • @3:44 "So now we know that arachidonic acid directly causes inflammation"...Do we, really?

  • i guess i'll cut down on tilapia then

  • Tilapia eat bass shit. Farm raised bass are moved to another tank, tilapia are let in, they eat the poop. Then you eat the turd-eating fish. I saw it on Dirty Jobs.

  • yeah i've decided not to eat shit-eating animals from now on so i guess tilapia now goes on the no-no list.

  • Plants eat worm shit. gonna stop eating carrots? Sounds more mental than healthful.

  • no. plants don't "eat."

  • @ncfwhitetigress : They do "eat" but not the way we normally use the word. They take in minerals and water from the soil in which they are planted via their root systems. You were referring to photosynthesis, which requires carbon dioxide from the air, water and energy taken from sunlight.

  • it's about parasites.

  • Great job and as usual great a video Natalie.

Thanks for the service you give.

Ignore any dumb comments made by some of the morons on here.

  • thaks . very informative vid

excellent omega-3 fatty acid rich sources for protection against inflammation: flaxseed oil , walnut

  • ok ive heard this elsewhere, a ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 in the diet, when tipped too far to omega 6 is linked to this health problem. it is nearly impossible to be deficient in omega 6 in the western diet, its in almost everything, especialy vegetable oils (olive, sunflower etc.). omega 6 ratio is larger in animal products (meat, butter, eggs milk etc.) that have been farmed unaturaly (as she says), you can rebalance this ratio in favour of omega 3 by eating orgnicly farmed animal products.

  • are eggs pro inflammation?

  • get free range and organic

  • organic isn't necessarily more healthy than those laboratory-made and chemically-synthesized bell peppers you buy from the grocery store.

  • hmmm... interesting...

  • i vote natalie as most perky breasts on youtube.

  • she has nice titties.

  • Great vid! You and Bellonzi are the only reason I subscribed:) Keep it up!

  • Lol she does have muscular arms. Not disgustingly so. She looks very healthy. Like a water polo player.

  • i think natalie is juicing.

  • @cxzc78 People should call it like jacking or something cause juicing sounds like fruit juicing or something.

  • natalie come back make a video

  • I kept waiting for her to say "There are good choices and then there's what Chris eats." lol

  • Btw thanks for the videos!

  • GaryDull: Sorry to be so blunt. Your attacks on people are un called for.

  • GarNull: Im reluctant to even reply to your comment, given that its saturated with idiocy and presumption. 1. Yes green tea is better for you; I concede. But Coffee (without the troves of sugar) can be beneficial in moderation. M-o-d-e-r-a-t-i-o-n Gary. I wasnt referring to the people who have to java start thier kidneys every day. 2. See Toolsnfire's reply to your kevin trudeau esque rant. 3. You may enjoy having lowered testosterone levels, lethargy, and reduced libido-- I'll keep eating meat.

  • Comment removed

  • we need more Natalie videos

  • I can tell you really did your research, I appreciate that.

  • Meat, chicken, hot dogs, dairy products, bagels, soda, alcohol all cause Inflammation .

Vegetables, fruits, nuts, green tea, and other thing, turn off Inflammation.

Coffee is the most Inflammation causing food.

If you have pain in your body, go vegan.

You will experience no pain after a while.

    ALL ANIMAL PRODUCTS CAUSE INFLAMMATION.

  • Not to the degree that your drum rolling it up to. Coffee is being shown to be very beneficial in preventing neurological diseases. Its just that we have a habit of excess in the U.S.

  • >> Coffee is being shown to be very beneficial in preventing neurological diseases.

Coffee is one of the worse things you can put in your body. Look at all the people who can't start their day without it.

Why? It destroyed their adrenal glands and depleted them.

That study was probably done by an organization related to the coffee industry.

    Green tea is much better.

  • All things in balance Gary. Heck a great drink is the Coffe-Chicory blend(the New Orleans blend in supermarkets), with water of course as the base, and then with cold whole milk to 'round it off'. When the body wants it, usually during cold weather, it's awesome. Gary, in the end, nature wins. The various extreme diet guru's such as kulvinkas, cousins, and others of the sort, aren't people I want to be, and they show the effects of extreme diet which doesn't appear to be most healthy.

  • Nonsense Gary

Some of us have 'been there' 'done that' and can absolutely conclusively say that what you've stated is, taken as a general statement, exactly false. All things in balance. People can and do have problems with fruits and vegetables unrelated to detoxing or cleansing, but rather, just merely a matter of balance and what the body needs in a vital way. Our bodies show us. It comes down to performance, vitality, and the body's integrity of 'fitness'.

  • >> All things in balance.

A toxin is a toxin, in any amount.

This "all things in moderation" is bullshit.

You people just don't want to stop eating meat and try to defend yourself so you'll feel better. Get over it.

You obviously don't know anything about health or are in complete denial, like most people.

Do some homework and get back to me.

  • Gary, there are toxins in fruits and vegetables that are inherent in their biological composition, that aren't things added by humans. Fruits and vegetables in moderation too. All things in moderation as appropriate per the organism. There are essential 'elements/things/nutrition' that we get from animal products, as can proven by our bodies, your body too, eventually. Nature reveals. Nature has shown your comments-position is not the healthy path for humans.

  • I don't think is a good idea to leave out of your diet meat and dairy products, we are omnivorous by nature. Have a look at the rest of Natalie's videos and you will learn more.

  • Gary, why is it that vegans have the habit of insulting people? Does the vegan diet make people rude?

  • Because people don't want to hear the truth and I get sick of it.

When people complaint about their health to me, I give them the truth on how they can easily get better. But it's always the same old bullshit they say : "I have to stop eating that, and doing that . . .".

And anyone who says coffee is good for is a total idiot.

And all you meat eaters have been totally brain-washed by the meat industry.

Wake the hell the up and stop living in denial.

  • Gary, your comments are frustrating as well. I'm transitioning into veganism, and I thank you for the book "Power Aging" that helped me do this.

However, getting the message out in an insulting manner only hurts this cause. I wish more people were vegan so that the market availed us with healthier products. Insults make them, and consequently the market, less willing to change.

We must counter their denial with facts, not insults. Fact after fact after fact. 70 times 7.

  • This Gary is not that Gary Null

  • Whew!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Ithink Natalie disagrees on that one :)

  • i want u girl

  • is acne an inflammation?

  • Good information! Good video!Thanks!!

  • Grain fed animals are just as unhealthy as grain fed people.. I challenge you to find anything in america that is not made of corn or fed corn. I raise fish for my family and I know that commercial fish feed yields high omega 6 fish, feed them natural foods like algae and plants then my tilapia at least a good ratio of omega 3 to 6 according to lab test. Its interesting that thai raised tilapia are algae fed. China grows its algae with untreated human poop while thai ppl use urea fertilizer.

  • Thanks Natalie now is there an omega 3 pill I can take? My left shoulder is killing me in spite of the cortisone shot I got. I have some samples of Bextra that I hoarded when I found out they were taking them off the market, lol; but they still haven't taken the pain away. I reserve them primarily when my back bothers me which helps a lot. Oh and do you take United Healthcare insurance?

  • mmmm thank u for the information, i am surprised to hear about the fish, i gotta cut down on some of those mentioned, natural things sound very tasty :)

  • Thank you for being a good human being. I have Read at least 10 books and have been to an Endocrinologist and several gastro's none of which will tell me anything about diet even though it is all I ever ask them about, they just give me prednisone and even Immurane which almost killed me. I am healthy and active but have had times of great inflammation which I am learning to cope with through diet and exercise.

Keep spreading the knowledge. Thank you.

  • breath! all the way out, then all the the way in, tid and prn. avoid over doing it! that would be hype application. baby steps at first, then graduate to something like... breathing/moving purposefully. sentiently of course. PEACE through Breathing! tm.

  • Excellent videos. Thank you for the public service. Good knoweldge being passed around ... much appreciated.

  • Hei Natalie i usually take omega 6 suppliments, what do u think?

  • why not take all the omegas 3 6 an 9s together?

  • Nat-

I love you but I must disagree when you say to eat organic because that will assure grass fed. Look up the definition of organic at the USDA organic site. The animals are still fed grain, but it has to be organic. Cattle are not consuming grain in a natural pasture setting. Grain, organic or not, is what causes the imbalance of omega 3 to O6. You need to look for grass finished meat to get the real deal. These cattle are not sent to the feed lots to fatten up on GMO corn.

    Tony

  • You're really pretty. :)

  • So we're supposed to eat small and expensive fish. I get excema flareups from soap anything thing similar. Besides eating expensive organic fish are there any other options? Girl I can't afford the expensive organic shite. LOL who eats Cat Fish Nat? I like Tilapia in the Chinese Food diet.

  • So what is she trying to sell? I cant be bothered to check the links.

  • Hard to believe but we do not make these video to promote products. They are public information and not a sales pitch.

  • whats the difference between omega 3 and omega 6 and when i got to the store how do i know if the fish is farm raised or not??

  • there's also omega 9 but that doesn't mean the fish were harvested when they were older. why dont you just google it or something like i do before someone misleads you to think that they're really younger fish instead. or ask the cashier what the pills are about because they are trained to know things like that.

  • Love all your vids and very very informative in so many ways, but please research or get into the science on a background. It is all blurry and very hard on the eyes. A all white background is the worse you can use.

  • no breast means you ate to much omega6?

  • loser. you need to be looking at other video's... perhaps something with fake breasts instead of what real women w/ substance have to say.

  • LOL @ hereforinfo. I didn't have to know who you was talking to but that comment is hilarious. HAHA

  • you know i was just walking home and i was thinking i need to find out which foods are good for reducing inflamation...and theres natalie...cheers! as a soccer coach its imperative for quick injury recovery...thanks

  • your momma gotta glass eye with a fish in it...your momma, your momma.../i did bring the weed but i left it in my cutty did you think i was gunna smoke the dank with you dummy? Nooooooo - Jdog don't lie with my nga cougnut holla let's get high...

  • Fat tax. In the UK one politician has suggested a card to collect points for engaging in healthy activities. What happened to land of the brave home of the free. We should all butt out of trying to control other peoples lives. However we should all get informed and do as Natalie does and help people with good info.

  • Hello? Homework? For example, catfish and tilapia are generally not farm raised. Also neglected to mention the Omegas, Cod, and Cod Liver Oil. A couple of contradictions that require your further research, PT

  • Fat tax? Hmm, they're gonna whine it's genetic. How about a tax credit for people who either get an overall positive health check or show some genuine workout and dieting efforts instead? Supervised by a physician or dietitian or someone.

  • Great info. You never stop learning ;)

  • I don't mean to be a stickler but prostaglandins and leukotrienes are not cells but signaling molecules. They are of course produced by cells in countless pathological and physiological functions

  • So basically, according to all of theses vids the bottom line, eat fruit m vege, dont eat shit and most of your health probs (not diseases) will die, works for me

  • great video very good explaining info!

  • Has anyone has actually compared the meat from grass + organic grain fed cows and regular organically fed cows? Because I've found I feel much worse and my skin fares much worse when I eat the grass fed beef. I wonder just how much more mercury etc. the grass fed cows are consuming.

  • Tons of solid information. II did not realize that Omega 6's cause inflammation. I will jump on this right away. Thanks for reporting on this information. Also, on a serious note - you have nice defined arms. Keep up the good work at the gym! Looking forward to putting this info to use. God bless.

  • Holy Mackerel! Yeah I noticed that too! She has some nice biceps and deltoids. Maybe, she's trying out for a movie GI Jane?

  • no ridley would never cast a smart and educated woman in his films. he works for the other side.

  • Good Stuff.

  • nice video, plus natalie is fucking hot.

  • Information is great, sadly for most people, it's just not enough. Our true battle is one of willpower and having the discipline to implement what we know is right.

Inflammatory response to anything should be an obvious indicator that we are not supposed to have that substance in our bodies.

    Keep up the good work.

  • I love your videos. but sheesh-you were blinking a lot.

  • and I thought I was eating good with my regular store bought salmon.

This is why I am going completely vagan and am going to start growing my vegetables..

It seems when most foods become popular..even if "organic",the quality of that particular food starts to dwindle.

I actually had an inflammed reaction from salmon last mhth...the grass bfed salmon.

But the thing i grass fed meat/healthy organic good food fe meat is always the most expensive.

That's why most people buy less quality meats.

  • Five stars as usual, Nat.

I REALLY have to cut down on my sugar intake!

Looking forward to both the tax video and beer belly video. I fear the tax video may be too political for this channel but that's your call.

Personally, from what I've inferred, a "fat tax" isn't proper because it's a direct tax. If people choose to exercise their freedom to over eat and under exercise that's their choice and shouldn't be taxed for it. They already are living an expensive lifestyle.

    Cheers.

  • im pretty sure that i have this (i have markings on my body similar to the ones on the video) but whats so bad about having extra or unnecasary blood cells in my body, i think i've had it for over a year mabey several (i don't remember very well) and it doesn't really seam to be hurting me

  • I wish Natalie would have a complimentary newsletter with some of the content of her video's. There is quite a bit of content on items to use, not use, etc.Vitamins, and a written newletter to compliment the video would be great.

  • is it good to have 369 oil? I guess not if it has 6 in it? I'm a little inflammed right now! please help?

  • on the subject of treating things naturally... i had the worst allergies that made me absolutely miserable! i started eating local honey and now i can breathe through my nose again and no more headaches! thanks for the natural tip natalie, i am SOOOOO sick of being medicated!!!!

  • Yeah I'm waiting for Natalie's cook book too! I think she should put all her best recipes together and publish them. I'd most certainly buy it. I guess she could start small and put them on Lulu and charge a dollar a recipe or maybe just accept donations.

  • Yea! Natalie's back! OMG, that's why my shoulder hurts, lol. Ok I'll admit it I have been eating Talapia so now I have to eat mackerel or sardines huh? Geez Natalie I think you should go to Harvard Medical School after this, you'd ace every course. I'm not joking there aren't too many HMS students who can hold a candle to the things you've accomplished. These videos you have done would certainly get you in. ;)

  • I was jet propelled away from seeing more than 2 suffering people pics. Then I was stuck on "a rack a don ic acid". What! This is a great topic and a lovely presenter; however I would throw this draft video out and start over. Maybe put the unusual words on the screen as they are spoken about. Yes a great topic. Handle inflamation and you handle many subsequent ills.

  • Psychetruth, easy for me to say but it would be great if you could post a glossary in the "More Information" section for some of the special nomenclature used (I will have trouble sleeping). Now I've got to Google Omega Fatty acids, the other acid she spoke of I haven't a chance of spelling it so it will remain misunderstood (I will live, OK) Great Vid Natalie!

  • Never mind I did Google Omega 3 and the description almost put me to sleep permanently; it was permeated with chemistry symbols and nerd-words so I will just trust in our sweet and brainy Natalie

  • Its arachidonic acid. You really should get over the anxiety about chemistry and big words. In this case trusting Natalie is fine but in practice you want to be able to verify and validate the things you accept and believe.

  • Thank you for the spelling (that way I was able to look it up for myself) though its definition at Wiki contains about twenty other words that I have no interest in fully understanding. It is not anxiety so much as it is utter scholastic disinterest. I am interested in health and nutrition but I am not interested in chemistry or having a scientist's understanding of the subject.

  • Natalie is very cute!

  • Yes she is and sadly she's happily married with ten kids.

  • I'm glad that she's happily married with ten kids. I wish she'd post a recipe for that one.

  • Yeah just j/k bout the ten kids but I was just thinking she should have her own channel. She'd make ten of thousands a month on her videos. She certainly has a nice fan base.

  • I thought you might be joking about the 10 kids, but it's nice to read it anyway. Besides, it really would be a helpful recipe... jk.

I agree. She would make an excellent spokeswoman for a healthy diet.

  • Correction: She IS an excellent spokeswoman for a healthy diet.

  • I love fried catfish and fried mushrooms! Damn!

  • I never knew organic certification had anything to say that the animal is grass fed. I also would say that that would have a much bigger effect on the level of AA than if it is farm raised. You do not seem to name the other foods as much besides animal products that are high in levels of it like peanuts for example.

  • alabama fat tax? YES!

  • very good video and info, well put together and easy to follow--cool!!

  • Thank you so much for this video. Finally, there is some direct, straight-forward information regarding all these issues. I really appreciate this channel; it really feels like you guys care. Thank you. 5 stars! :)

  • The title is Treating Inflammation Naturally, Nutrition by Nutrition... isn't it Nutrition by Natalie? Probably a mistype.

  • Looks like it say's "Nutrition by Natalie" to me. What you talking about? :)

  • dayum. I eat salmon raw (sashimi) about once per week.

  • so are there any health benefits to tilapia? I personally prefer to eat red or pink wild caught salmon, but my family eats mostly tilapia because its cheaper. I know it can't be very healthy since most of the tilapia found in the US is farmed raised, but I don't want to argue with them because I'd rather them eat a lot of fish, then a whole bunch of red meat! lol.

  • oh jeeze i thought i was being healthy today when i had tilapia on saturday and i just ate salmon a few minutes ago w/ dinner and i plan crab cakes for friday.. and they were all probably farm raised. ughhh i really try to eat better and buy orgainic stuff but pathmark's selection isn't always that big and it doesn't seem to be helping anyway. ugh. thanks for this now i know for next time i decide to get fish!

  • i fort ur gonna tell me which food cause inflamation! wasted 9 minutes of my LIFE!

  • I agree with minorityop

  • I avoid farm raised fish because I was told they were fed bad food . that as a result they also had very high nitrite levels. IS that true ? Also I've been told some wild fish have high mercury levels and other contaminents depending on the size and age of the fish. Is that also true ? WOuld you be willing to address these possabilities in another video ? Thankyou, Christopher
