Thanks for this splendid performance of this piece, the lonesome on You Tube. So, could you indicate the complete title (Thème et variations sur l'air "Que ne suis je la fougère" ou "Les souhaits" opus 26 by Fernando Sor). In fact, the theme was composed by the italian Giam Battista Pergolesi and popularised in France by the lyric singer Albanese also originated from Napoli as Pergolesi. Then this tune was used in France in many songs including "Que ne suis je la fougère" or "Paure Carnavas"
