the "resonating" is a very real effect. you have 4 main types of brain waves (alpha, beta, theta, and delta) each operate on different frequencies. by humming certain pitches in certain orders you can alter the frequencies of your brainwaves. scientifically proven. google it.

i have this book and it's great i didnt read it all and i didnt practice yet,but i'm planning to,your videos are a great help too,i have some questions though,about spirits evoking and some meditation and breathing exercises

Obviuosly you've never read anything by Peter Carroll.
Get "Liber Null and Psychonaut" it puts Magick into an amoral perspective. Results based, which is what this guy is, no superfluous actions.
