or, it gets to 1% and then the time remaining skyrockets from here to eternity.....

i've been trying to upload the same bit of video for days a dozen different ways and nothing gets anywhere........

i converted it to nero digital mp4 video.

then, because the video is a little over 27 minutes long,

i split the video into 5 parts.

when trying to upload 1 part, or even the entire uncut video, it doesn't matter.

nothing fucking works.

@shavinrv I may have the solution to your problem. Maybe your video was just processing. Sometimes processing your video may take almost no time at all, or may seem to take forever. If not, then maybe there was a problem processing your video and it wasn't uploaded completely, if so, just simply re-upload your video. Hope this worked, and if not I hope it atleast helped.

guys if your making it on Movie maker I found out that if you click file save as and then name it.Then it wont let you upload the video. You have to go into Finish Movie then click Save to my computer.

so theres a dvd you want to upload to your harddrive or soemthing like that? wouldn't copy and past work? if it's a dvd like a movie or something try (if your using a windows like me don't know about mac i have one but don't know lol) try right clicking on the dvd and press "explore" that should show the contents of the dvd. Then you should be able to copy the files you want.

Hi, are you saving the file as a .wmv after you are finished editing? You need to save the project as a movie. The project file (.MSWMM) is just a file with pointers, timing, etc.; it's not the movie. Go to the File | Save Movie option in windows movie maker ... When you do this the actual movie should be saved to a .WMV file. This is a format that YouTube accepts. Once you convert it, you should have no problem uploading it to YouTube. Katie

I have a problem. I use sony vegas 8.0 to edit my videos. I render it and everything. Then I try uploading it with the new beta uploader you were describing in theis video. My video was like 5 mins. long and the uploading only took like 2 or 3 seconds. Then I wait for it to process, after it's done processing, it said Failed.

Just checked your video, and yes it is recently uploaded so you will have to wait a few days for YT to pick it up in the search. I would add even a few more tags ... "soccer skills" "how to" etc. Doesn't hurt to add a longer description as well as the description is largely used a search criteria ... you'll get the hand of it. You can always play around with (edit) your title, description, and tags to see how high in the search, you can get you video. Katie
