The fire inspector traced the source fire to a classroom that had sewing machines used by a special class for young women. He figured that one of the sewing machine motors had been left on, & it overheated causing the fire. I think this is correct. If anyone has heard of something different, please make a comment.
The whole area was recently excavated for asbestos abatement. The whole yard was leveled for construction of new Habitat homes. Two had already been built last year. THANKS !
I used to live in Hibbing. I moved to Blaine, MN in the summer of 2006.
Hibbing was perfect for hunting, snowmobiling, camping, fishing, and Buffolo Chicken sandwhiches at Grandma's in the Park, but not really for anything else.
does anyone know when the hibbing brooklyn school was built?
